The spacious house, located in a quiet area, accommodates up to 6 people. A generous living room of about 40 m² and a conservatory of approximately 25 m² — both situated right next to the kitchen — offer plenty of space to relax and unwind. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The garage provides space for two cars — keeping them cool in the summer and eliminating the need to scrape ice in the winter. The garden area invites you to sunbathe or simply relax.

The house, which is about 150 years old, is within walking distance of the Hohe Wand, ideal for climbing, hiking... In a short time you can reach the Schneeberg either by train or car. The house can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. There is a beautiful garden, Swedish stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, 2 toilets, a TV. The municipality of Grünbach charges a tourist tax of €2.80 per person/night to be paid on site.

The new, beautifully furnished studio with separate entrance in the Fertőrákos holiday area provides accommodation for 2 people or a family with one or two small children. The studio's equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. The studio has a private parking lot.
