The apartment is located in the historical fishing village of Premià de Mar, directly connected to Barcelona city center by urban railway and night bus. (27 minutes) . It is just 2 minuts walk from the train station. This cozy loft (40 m2) is a bright open space, heat pump heating systems, fully equipped, with a double bed and a single sofa bed. It is only 3 minutes walk from the nearest beach. If you need us to pick up you in the airport, we can help you with that at any time.

Renovated 15th century farm house, Can Bernadas, Alella, is an idyllic spot. A short walking distance to town centre and 25 minutes from Barcelona center. The 30 acre estate has 3 swimming pools using natural mineral water from the mountains, orange groves, our own lake and direct access to the national park. It is a small wooden house, the space is small but it has a double bed with a closet and a table, it continues with a mini kitchen with everything equipped, a bathroom and shower, a garden terrace with a small table and chairs and ocean views. It is close but independent of the host's house.
