Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. The open floor plan of the house is designed around the natural setting of the property and facilitates a 270 degree view of Grand Traverse bay and the surrounding orchards. Large windows offer the experience to be close to nature through all seasons and the wrap-around porch extends the living space to the outdoors.

Three bedroom ranch in quiet neighborhood with private backyard. **Hosts stay in separate lower level with separate entrance. Wooded trails in back yard. 15 minutes from downtown TC and public beaches. Attached deck area with gas grill and large back yard with fire pit. Children are welcome. As of 2026 we no longer allow pets. Coffee, tea, and some extras provided.
