Welcome to Treetops Yurt! A quaint, charming getaway, located 3 miles from the slopes, but tucked away from the parking hustles of Beech Mountain downtown. The location is perfect, with added privacy and plentiful parking. Rising up above the treetops, the Yurt invites you to relax on its open deck with a mountain view. The Yurt features a firepit area, where you can often spot wildlife. To top your day - take in peaceful sounds of nature and get into a sauna for a true mountain experience.

The "Hut" in Banner Elk NC

The "Hut" is less than one mile from the red light in downtown Banner Elk. Only a fifteen minute walk or less than two minute drive will put you in the heart of this quaint little town. Less than half a mile to the local brewery and only a ten minute walk to the town park. The owners are on premises and very attentive to the needs of their guests. Those interested in hosting parties should look for other accommodations. Strict no pet policy. The space will only accommodate two guests.

At a mere 200 sq feet, our luxury tiny house makes the most of it’s space. You’ll find a nice size kitchen, washer/dryer combo, closet, queen bed, full size utilities, and a unique shower/Japanese soaking tub combo! Beautiful views of sunrises, hump mountain, banner elk, and beech mountain. The kitchen & living area features tall ceilings but *please note* the bathroom and closet ceiling height is shortened to about 6 ft to make room for the loft bedroom above.

2 acres nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains between Sugar and Beech Mtn ski resorts, very private. You may need 4WD in snow. 3 miles from downtown Banner Elk. 10 -20 minutes from Ski Beech & Sugar Mtn. Depending on traffic. Sledding is excellent. Bring your sled. Deer and turkeys are commonly seen in the yard. Host may greet you at check-in or sometime during your stay. Available by text or phone for questions. Dishwasher and zipline are currently not in use.
