From the house you can look far over green meadows directly into the local recreation area Auetal. In summer there are horses with their little foals right in front of the house, who are always looking forward to a petting session. Thatched, individually and comfortably furnished, listed holiday home. Ideal for couples!The house on the dike is located directly on the beautiful Weser beach opposite "Harriersand," the longest river island in Europe. This can be easily reached by passenger ferry in summer. The surrounding area invites you to take walks, bike tours, kayak tours and swim. The location is an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to Bremen, Oldenburg, Bremerhaven, the North Sea, etc.

Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

At the moment, there is a construction site of a detached house opposite. There may be some impairments.

Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus winter garden) - now also with wifi. Net and bakeries can be reached on foot. It's 2 minutes to the next bus stop, a 5-minute walk to Wulsdorfer Bahnhof. In Bremerhaven city center or the dike you are within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, and even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max. 30 minutes.

Dear guest, A witch's house awaits you that impresses with its Scandinavian style. It is cozily warm thanks to the underfloor heating and tastefully furnished. Outside there are two cozily arranged terraces, overlooking a beautiful garden (imposing oak trees, boxwood hedge, and large lawn). The parking space and a carport are right by the house. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.

Our house is located on the border of Bremen North in the village of Werschenrege. Surrounded by meadows, horse paddocks and forests, you can enjoy nature there. At the same time, you can also reach the city center of Bremen in 20 minutes by car.
