Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

From the house you can look far over green meadows directly into the local recreation area Auetal. It's 2 minutes to the next bus stop, a 5-minute walk to Wulsdorfer Bahnhof. In Bremerhaven city center or the dike you are within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, and even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max. 30 minutes.
