The view the view the view! Listen to the beach your whole trip from your balcony. Comfortable, clean, convenient location, private and quiet! Excellent unit! We travel a lot and this was our favorite vacation spot ever!

We enjoyed our stay here! The beach supplies were amazing, and we had everything we needed for traveling with our toddler. One thing to note is you do have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. That wasn’t clear in the listing, and we waited until we were exhausted to do it later that night which wasn’t very fun. But very minor action in what was a wonderful family vacation with great views!

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to everyone. It's the crown jewel of the area, and whenever I'm back in town, I always check for availability - it's always my top choice. Great spot with easy walkability to swansboro restaurants and shops. We had a great time and everything was just a we expected. Will stay again!

We loved staying here, would definitely stay here again. The house was very nice and clean. Perfect location for us. I loved the view of the inlet/marsh area and the set up of the backyard. I enjoyed going out there but for me I wouldn't just let my dog run through it, I was also more worried about snakes with the marsh right there especially at night and how grown up the area was. But this house was perfect for what we needed for the week and perfect for our dog. Hope to be back.

Perfect location. Everything was clean and it was well-stocked. Check-out instructions were extremely minimal, it was nice to not feel like we had to spend hours leaving like some other places. It is right next to a public beach access, so there was a lot of foot traffic, but the people moved on quickly and settled further down the beach. I wish there were screens in the windows so that we could have opened them, but the sliding door does have a screen which was nice. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this home enough! Excellent access to the beach and the home has everything you could need and so much more! Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would love to come back!

We love this place — sparkling water views, peace and quiet, birdlife all around, lawn seating to lounge in every corner, deck seating, both in the sun and shade, and a super helpful host. The cottage feels like you are far away from the crowds, although only 5 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. Don’t miss out!

My family and I had a great three night stay. We’ve always wanted to stay right on the ocean and it was so worth it. The house is spacious but still cozy. We travelled with our 8 month old and used the high chair and baby gate. We loved watching the sun come up over the ocean each morning. Emily was communicative and friendly. Would definitely return!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The views from the back deck were fantastic. It was great to sit there and have coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. It was great to only have to get up and walk to the beach without having to go too far. Would definitely stay here again!

This is such a beautiful space to stay! The views and house make your vacation feel luxurious and relaxing. The main space is open and inviting. The couches are plush and comfy, great for times spent chatting away or watching a movie. (Or a quick nap!) The kitchen is stunning and well stocked. It was easy to make meals together. The pots and pans are fantastic quality, as are the knives. The bathrooms are generally clean, and there’s one for every bedroom. Bedrooms are cozy and the master has an incredible view. There are lots of geese and ducks that come and play in the front canal. The golf cart was easy to access and use. We unfortunately were not able to use the kayaks because how sludgey it was at the kayak launch/neighborhood dock. Definitely check the conditions before pulling out the kayaks! Overall, this is an incredible home and we absolutely loved our time here. Would love to come again!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! The decor is amazing and the views are stunning. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and great kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal!

We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay. The condo was just as described and you couldn’t get any closer to the beach! It is literally short walk from the door and down one flight of stairs! High tide only came all the way up one day of our stay. The beach was gorgeous! Alan was very responsive to the few questions we had and very friendly! The condo is perfect for 2 people! Would highly recommend if you want a place close to the ocean!

Beautiful beach front property! The condo was extremely clean and had a gorgeous view. Only a few steps until the ocean! Harmony had the condo fully stocked with all of the necessities, such as beach towels, beach chairs, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Also, Harmony was extremely responsive and was great to communicate with. The outdoor patio area that overlooked the ocean was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again!

As soon as you walk in the door you see the amazing view of the ocean through the wall of glass doors onto the deck. The decor was very “beachy” and absolutely beautiful! Bathroom was clean and functional. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Just like home. Close access to the beach which we used 6 of the 7 days we were there. And right next to the pool! Extremely easy to find and to easy to access! Close to many restaurants! Book of instructions, favorite restaurants and things to do. Also a guest book that many who stayed there left great suggestions for food and fun. Our son and daughter in law stayed here in 2022 and recommended #501. If you like being right on the beach, this place is for you. Beautiful moon scapes at night. Very quiet area of the island.

From the time of booking, Anne was an incredible host and the space was immaculate. The complex itself was quiet during our stay in June. It is truly steps from the ocean. Not only that, we came during such a hot week and the AC never wavered. I can’t stress enough how important it is that AC works well during a stay. The toys were excellent for the littles in our family. Anne went above and beyond sending us recommendations and communication about check in. We would totally stay here again. While we did splurge, we felt like the value for what you get in this place was more than worth it. We never felt crowded on the beach due to only private access for condo tenants, another huge win. Thanks Anne for such a wonderful week with memories my family will never forget!

Had read reviews about the high tide and although it came up to the stairs it wasn’t a problem at all. Great location… nice and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. It rained the whole time we were there so we stayed in the majority of our stay. Not much to do on the island when it’s rainy but still a good getaway.

Easy to find. Host was quick to respond. Would definitely use again.
