Time out from everyday life in our historic accommodation. Idyllic secluded location on the edge of the forest. A car is needed as there is no connection to public transport. Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. Vacation, trade fair, business travel, small photo shoot, weekend vacation... Do you like the other, special? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery, which can be viewed.

Here you can stay in a small detached house with 1000 sqm fenced property and distant views over the Ober-Bergisches Land. The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

The house was built in 1750 and is located in Engelskirchen Bickenbach. Enjoy the charm of the 250-year-old oak timber frame paired with modern building materials and high-quality furnishings. Whether you are looking for relaxation in the beautiful "Bergisches Land," visiting the Cologne Fair or friends in our region or traveling for business, you will feel comfortable in our vacation home. The house can accommodate 4-6 people.

The apartment basically presents itself as an independent small house. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining kitchen with attached living room. The staircase leads to the upper floor with great views of nature. There are also the two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower. The property was completed in March 2014 and thus presents itself as a new building. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020.

Vacation in the heart of Rhöndorf

This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.

The beautiful outdoors with great hiking trails surround the detached nature house. A short distance from the house, you will enter the 6th stage of the Bergischer Panoramasteig. A variety of smaller circular and bike paths and the dams of the Bergisches Land invite you to many activities. But you can also enjoy nature experiences or fantastic sunsets from the terrace.

The Kotten is actually a small factory, a former knife grinding shop, and is located at the end of the valley and away from the village directly on the Wupper. This is where industrial architecture, tranquility and a lot of nature meet.
