Die Monteur Villa Solingen bietet auf drei Etagen insgesamt 26 helle Zimmer mit hohen Decken und großen Fenstern. Für den Gemeinsamen Aufenthalt steht ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum mit Fernseher, WLAN und einem Tisch Fußball zur Verfügung. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit mehreren Herden ermöglicht eine bequeme selbst Verpflegung. Auf jeder Etage gibt es ein Badezimmer sowie ein separates WC. Für zusätzlichen Komfort gibt es Waschmaschinen, damit längere Aufenthalte problemlos möglich sind.

The journey to Düsseldorf main train station takes only 20 minutes.

On 400 square meters of living space, we rent out extraordinary rooms, almost all of which offer a beautiful view of the Asian garden. Our Japanese teahouse invites you to linger and a barbecue area can also be used. We offer a master bedroom with balcony, including guest room for three guests. A 3 approx. 8 min., A 46 approx. 12 min. S 28 -> Düsseldorf 3 min. Walking distance - During the fair hours, the booking is desired for the entire duration of the trade fair time. Different prices apply during the fair. The prices are different during the fairtime.

Our house is on the edge of the village, surrounded by old trees with a large garden. It is only 45 minutes away from Cologne. It offers enchanting, stylishly furnished rooms, wonderful niches and retreats. You can linger and relax in the garden and in the forest. We are surrounded by wonderful nature and enchanting villages. Our house is also ideal for day workshops and offsite meetings. Projector, screen and flipchart are available.

Wuppertal, private room in villa with sauna by the forest

You will stay in a 32 m² room with a private bathroom (shower & bathtub), a kitchenette and a private balcony in a great villa from the 1930s. Brand new is the sauna hut including a small pool & outdoor shower in the large garden. The house has direct access to the forest and a former pool house, which is used as a small workshop / creative space. The former pool will soon be awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber.

Our house offers you. 5 beds that can each be used with 2 people plus there is a bed for one person so that a total of 11 people can stay here. 5-6 parking spaces on own farm. Our house offers very large and bright rooms, since we have a gallery that makes living nicer. The large gallery windows let the daylight come into its own. We love our house very much so love dealing with it fully if you want to be our guest.
