We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located, just a short walk to local restaurants and the beach. Anne and Thomas were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great suggestions for getting around the area. We felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. We’ll definitely be staying here again!😊

Casa Del Sol II is a great place to stay. It’s always clean and has everything you need. Location is wonderful, you can walk pretty much everywhere.

Place was easy to find. Parking was convenient. Located near downtown Englewood. A very easy walk to coffee shops, local restaurants, a small public park and other amenities. A Publix is located nearby and the drive is relatively short to I-75 and the other larger cities in the vicinity. The unit was homey, comfortable and relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and I did not feel any sort of danger or suspicion at all.

This was the perfect location for my boys to walk to their fishing charter while I walked on the beach! The nearby shopping and restaurants were perfect to visit during our short stay. The flat was perfectly described and very comfortable. We didn’t even use all it had to offer with our limited time. When we return to Boca Grande, this would be our first choice to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and tidy. Roman was very nice and available via text. I highly recommend his place.

This place is perfect for any couple staying a couple nights on the beach. House was really clean and the hoist was very quick at replying. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

The rental is almost new with updated appliances. The linens were good quality-as I would purchase. We lived in this area and know there are many restaurants, beaches and places to go to. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but the main roads are easy to access. We would be very happy to stay another time and definitely recommend it! We enjoyed our time there!!

We have stayed at this house before and always enjoyed the amenities, location and our very responsive host. We had a great time this year as well and would definitely rent it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and comfortable. GREAT location! Loved having the pool and outdoor area. If you come to Englewood to enjoy all it has to offer and have a larger family, this house is wonderful! You can relax and read a book by the pool, spend a day at the beautiful beach located directly across the street, and come back home to enjoy a meal inside or poolside. There are excellent restaurants located nearby. The beds were comfortable, and there were ample linens so that you do not have to spend every day just doing laundry! There were dishes to use inside, and more durable ones to use at the pool! We had a fun week and created many lasting memories at this amazing home.

Eddies place was fantastic! Just what we needed for our beach vacation. Super clean and organized. Eddie truly thought of everything we would need. Make sure to check out Boca grande as we spent most of our time there. Thank you eddie!

We had a wonderful stay at Melissa’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Melissa was an excellent host—very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We truly appreciated the little touches that made our visit extra comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Luke's place. The home and especially the view, were beautiful. Having the boat lift right out back is very convenient as well and it was great that we could bring our pup. The space is large and comfortable. The house seems newly renovated, likely due to the 2024 hurricanes and there are a few minor inconveniences that could be improved. The kitchen cabinets and drawers did not have handles making them difficult to access, the knob seemed to be malfunctioning in the master shower preventing us from adjusting the temperature and we had trouble getting power to some of the outlets. Luke was great with communication and I am sure these issues will be improved right away. We hope to visit again!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. The house came equipped with everything we needed, towels, beach wagon, beach chairs, etc The location was amazing just 5 mins from the beach and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed everything about it!

This house is the perfect getaway for a couple of weeks especially, for boaters the lift was perfect. It accommodated our boat and all our needs. This house has many extras. You won’t need to bring a thing. The hosts were great highly recommend would definitely rent this house again.

We stayed in this lovely place last year and will keep returning! It a perfect location if you love a quiet beach side stay. The renovations are beautiful and Nicholas was very responsive to communication. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay!

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

Great place looked exactly like the listing, well appointed kitchen! Good location near many amenities. Only thing that would have made it better if there were beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach.
