Das Mobilheim hat eine eigene Toilette. Moderne Duschen (mit Münzzähler) befinden sich im Nachbargebäude. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Bademäntel werden gestellt. ACHTUNG: Ab voraussichtlich Juni 2026 wird der Garten durch einen neuen Zaun geteilt, erkennbar auf den letzten Bildern in "Garten" (KI-generiert).

From the balcony on the 6th floor, you have an indirect view of the Ruhr reservoir, which is right at your doorstep (about 5 minutes' walk). The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 single beds, 1x a large double bed), a large living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is also a balcony with indirect views over the Ruhr and Kettwig. The living spaces are very bright and friendly.
