Unsere Ferienwohnung ist ruhig und zentral gelegen in einem Wohngebiet mit angrenzendem Wald. Sie ist ca. 75 m² groß, befindet sich in der zweiten Etage unseres Hauses und bietet Platz und Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 6 Personen. Sie besteht aus einer Wohnküche mit Blick auf die Kluterthöhle. Das Wohnzimmer lädt mit einem großen Sofa sowie einem Kamin zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Zudem gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Spieleecke für Kinder sowie einen Schreibtisch & WLan fürs Home-Office.

Our cozy house, built in 1894, is conveniently located in the center of the beautiful, green town of Witten in the heart of the Ruhr area. The main train station, the city center and nature are a few minutes' walk away. The lovingly furnished apartment on the first floor is bright and friendly. You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest Wi-Fi technology WIFI 6. The 50 square meters with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. One separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped.

Apartment in the village of Gevelsberg - close to the center - 300 m

Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

The property is located within walking distance of 200 meters from the city park and 650 meters from the General Hospital and the pedestrian zone. Nearby is the leisure center "Elbershallen" with its great flair, food, bowling, cinema and theater. The Westfalenbad offers a beautiful sauna area with massage therapy for relaxation. Hohenlimburg Castle, Hohensyburg Casino, Hengsteysee and the marina at Hartkortsee also offer many events.

Small detached lodge - just finished - with a spacious terrace, bar-kitchen inside the living-/bedroom and separate bathroom for 2 persons. Hike into the nature in only 600 m and in 2,8 km is the next dam (lake). Next grocery store 250 m, next restaurants, bakery and takeaway in vicinity (350 m). Next big city for shopping tours 12 km. After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.
