The T8 tram is a 10-minute walk away, allowing you to reach the Stade de France in 30 minutes. Leclerc supermarket is a 3-minute walk away, and there are restaurants and fast food nearby. The lake and casino of Enghien-Les-Bains are 10 minutes away by car, as well as the Berges de Seine promenades.
