Holiday rentals with beach access in Eraclea Mare

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

Leider waren wir außerhalb der Saison. Aber Alles in Allem Super. Außer der fehlenden Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse die in der Hochsaison unangenehm werden könnte, gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Gerne Wieder.

Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer und am Pool. Die Treppe zur Wohnung hält fit. Silvia war eine wundervolle, freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Die Dachterrasse perfekt!

Andrea is truly an exceptional host. During my stay, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Since it was a last-minute booking, I was worried there might be issues, but Andrea reassured me without hesitation and even came to pick me up. She is warm-hearted, kind, and gentle — such a lovely person. The room was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning and cozy than the photos. It had everything I needed and was perfectly equipped. Diese Wohnung ist ein Traum. Schon bei der Ankunft punktet sie mit einem privaten Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück — direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist auch bequem per Aufzug erreichbar. Perfekt für schweres Gepäck. Dort angekommen erwartet einen eine makellos saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, in der man sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlfühlt. Die Lage ist kaum zu übertreffen: In weniger als drei Minuten erreicht man eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten – und sogar der Strand liegt nur einen Sprung entfernt. Das absolute Highlight ist der wundervoll grosse Balkon: mit traumhafter Aussicht, ruhiger Atmosphäre und sogar einem Hauch Meerblick. Wir haben uns alle in diesen Ort verliebt – der perfekte Platz, um den Tag entspannt zu beginnen und ausklingen zu lassen. We absolutely loved our stay at Jerome and Catherine’s. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the canal views in front and garden views in back. It was so wonderful to come back to this quiet neighborhood after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

Perfect home to stay

Sve je bilo odlicno, smestaj lep, komforan, prostran, odlicno opremljen i čist. Kuca i dvorište jako lepi. Komforan ulazak u dvorište kolima, dosta mesta za parkiranje. Patricija je ljubazna i usluzna, sve preporuke za smestaj i domacina. Proveli smo divno vreme u Lido di Jesolu. Veliki pozdrav za Patriciju. Preporučićemo prijateljima i ponovo doći ako bude prilike.

Es war alles tip top. Schneller Check-In obwohl wir zu früh dran waren. Völlig unproblematische Kommunikation. Unterkunft wie beschrieben - modern, sauber, völlig ausreichend für 3-4 Personen. Strand war in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unsere Tochter hatte auch gestrahlt als sie das Trampolin im Garten entdeckt hat!

Bellissimo appartamento, in una posizione molto tranquilla. Cucina e bagno attrezzati, è tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Purtroppo la sera a Burano non ci sono molti posti aperti, sarebbe stato meglio organizzarsi per cenare a casa. Con i bambini bisogna stare attenti alla scala che è un po’ esposta. Super consigliata!

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

Abbiamo passato due giorni piacevolissimi. L'alloggio è come da descrizione, spazioso e pulito e il servizio è stato ottimo, ma soprattutto ringraziamo Stefania per la disponibilità e la pazienza con il nostro vivacissimo cagnolino Joey!

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Kindern in diesem Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sie war auch super sauber und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Besonders haben wir die Morgenden im Garten genossen: Mit Frühstück auf der Terrasse und mit viel Spaß im Pool. Dennis war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Dass das Häuschen in seinem Garten steht, war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir hatten absolute Privatsphäre und nie das Gefühl irgendwie beobachtet zu werden. Natürlich ist das Haus nicht riesig und der Platz war zu viert durchaus überschaubar. Aber da wir eigentlich sowieso nur zum schlafen im Haus waren und ansonsten immer draußen, hat uns die Größe überhaupt nicht gestört. Novigrad ist ein wunderschönes ruhiges Städtchen. Wir haben uns dort alle rundum wohlgefühlt.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which is located in what feels like a surreal spot in Venice. The apartment was spotless and perfectly clean, and we were especially grateful for the host’s flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was always smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As two architects visiting Venice for the Biennale, we found the location ideal — close to both Arsenale and Giardini. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice, if it’s available.

Gli host sono stati veramente cordiali e hanno fatto di tutto per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Molto ospitali anche con il mio molosso e gli hanno pure fatto un regalo di benvenuto!!!! Sempre a disposizione e molto gentili. Ambiente confortevole e pulitissimo. Molto fornito di tutto. Mancavano solo le bustine di camomilla!!!! Abbiamop trovato in bagno anche i saponi e shampoo dedicati ai bambini!!!!! Top Top Top

Amazing balcony apartment in Venice, it is our first time to visit Italy and it makes an unforgettable memory here. You can sit on the wood deck to enjoy the sun, and having beer at evening time. It is easy to access to different location by walking and enjoy the view in Venice.

The place is apsolutely amazing, we gad 2 Terraces, of which one of them had a barbique place and a mountain view, and the other one was on the side of the beach. Enrico is a superb person, always available, friendly and you can count on him for every advise, also in regards to traveling to nearby places. We will for sure visit again!
