Pour accéder à la Loire et au sentier du ruisseau des Moulins, vous emprunterez le GR 3 au départ de la maison.🌳 Vous pourrez aussi profiter des nombreuses activités estivales : vélo, canoé, balades en bateau, concerts/guinguettes...🌻

House that can accommodate 6 people for a minimum of 1 week, fully equipped with two terraces, a garden and a parking lot.

Villa with Private Pool and Enclosed Garden. 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds including one with mezzanine with 140 cm mattress available ( book for one or two children) That is 4 adult guests and 1 see 2 children . PRIVATE POOL mainly dedicated to booking my keys/not shared. Heated pool to 31 ° . Small dog allowed/ prohibition to go to the picine. Wifi, private parking available. Video surveillance and alarm. Located in the center of Montjean-sur-Loire, 100 m from the Loire, this former fisherman's house, beautifully restored in 2022, offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay with family. On the Eurovelo 6 and Loire bike paths, this accommodation is open to everyone. The cottage is 200 m from Cap Loire, 150 m from the tourist office and 1 km from the Fief des Cordeliers and the Delaunay estate.
