Very nice apartment, quiet - ideal for us who came to an event on exponantes, we even went on foot along the banks of the river. Super equipped, with a real feeling at home, and not just made for Airbnb with Ikea-

We were very well received by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.

The accommodation offered was quite suitable for a short stay in Nantes. The parking space was a big plus and the location allowed you to do anything on foot. Quentin was very clear and responsive, especially for check-in questions. Thanks again for our stay.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.

A beautiful, peaceful place to spend a week in Nantes. Veronique's apartment was wonderfully atmospheric - it was lovely to wake up to birdsong every morning! The neighborhood was quiet, and convenient for doing some work at the Archives Diplomatiques. A nice walk into the city center, too. Veronique was helpful and responsive. For anyone with mobility issues, the apartment is up a couple flights of steep stairs.

Randy is a super responsive, courteous, friendly, welcoming host. The accommodation is on the top floor of a very quiet and well-located building that we of course recommend...

This apartment is very practical, everything is available, well arranged, beautiful brightness, you feel very good there. Françoise is responsive and accommodating. Small downside, the street can be noisy at night if you want to have a good night's sleep.

Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.

Perfect Nantes stay in Julie's apartment where we stayed as a group of 6. The residence is quiet, ideal with children who can go out and play in a fenced garden. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from a convenience store, a park, several bakeries and ideally located opposite bus stops to get to the city center.

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, nicely decorated and very well located: all the necessary shops within walking distance as well as transport to get to the hyper-center of Nantes. Nicolas is very friendly, available and accommodating. This second long stay at his place was very pleasant and comfortable. I would recommend it in a second!
