We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Refurbished, it offers very nice functional volumes, equipped with all the necessary comforts! Superette, bakery & shops 2 min walk! Wi-Fi via your connection sharing only.

Enjoy the charming setting of this romantic boat in downtown Nantes, in front of Île Versailles. Small boat but very cozy, the bed is located in the main room. You will find the same thing inside as in the photos. A kitchen, a bed, a sofa bed, the captain's bunk in the back. A small bathroom with shower and dry toilet (important accuracy). The roof of the boat is accessible and represents a beautiful surface overlooking the Erdre

Equipped with a kitchen ( fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker) and a comfy bed for two people. Bathroom fitted with a small bathtub . It is located in an old building, in a small condominium .
