Family house in Nort-sur-Erdre with unheated pool and 1,600 m² garden. Beautiful mansion from the late 18th century, with all the charm of the past: please note that we are gradually renovating the house ourselves, some rooms are still in their original state. To preserve the family atmosphere of the neighborhood, we favor families. House is not optimally configured for 11 adults (thin mattresses in children's rooms and bedrooms in a row).

Large House 7 bedrooms 4 bathrooms 10 to 15 beds

Large house with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Located east of Nantes, not far from the ring road but without noise pollution, it is ideal for accessing the La Beaujoire stadium or the Euronantes exhibition center. Capacity of 15 people, or even 16 if you count a "pull-out bed" located in bedroom 6. Four bedrooms come with a double bed but can be converted into two single beds. Allow €20 extra per room for the conversion into two beds.

I also rent 2 independent studios attached to my house. The entrance through the gate is the same, but the parking lots are independent, and there is no visual or noise nuisance.
