Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is located in a newly renovated house with a terrace and access to the garden and forest. Very quiet location about 3 km from Bad Godesberg. From there there are good train connections to all major train stations in Germany. Logistically well located - CologneBonn Airport is approx. 30 km away. Motorway A 565 and A 552 3 km away.

Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Welcome to Neuwied! 🌿 We (Lukas & Britta) have lovingly converted our former double garage into a modern, 80 m² apartment with its own garden, large terrace, separate entrance and parking space. Our accommodation is now one of the best-rated Airbnbs in the region – thanks to its central location between Koblenz and Bonn, the countless leisure opportunities right on the doorstep and the high level of comfort.

Separate entrance, 2 rooms balcony and bathroom

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.

The house is an ornate jewel in the middle of the historic old town of Unkel and newly built part of a building ensemble from 1925. It is less than 100 m to the picturesque banks of the Rhine Unkel and at the same time captivates with breathtaking views of the vineyards. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants , cafes and shopping.
