Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

It offers all the necessary amenities, as well as a beautiful private enclosed garden fully equipped. The beaches of La Ville Berneuf-Saint Pabu and Caroual are within walking distance. The city center of Erquy is 8 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike. The town of Pleneuf-Val-André is 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike.

Ground floor apartment in a building with 3 units. Stunning sea views from all openings. Private parking, possibility of safely dropping off bicycles. Terrace with sea view and garden furniture. 2 rooms, very quiet, refurbished in 2022. Windows changed in 2024. 1 bedroom, 1 living room with excellent sofa bed, kitchen completely redone in 2025, bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Beach, city center 500 meters away. Near the GR34 and the Vélomaritime.
