The gray home

We have a lovely house, new built in 2013 which is our holiday home too. We have really tried to make it perfect, with top quality everything. It is great for summer, with 4000 sqm of garden, and also winter, with an exposed brick fire place. You can walk to the beach in c.5-8 minutes. Everyone who has stayed loves it. Please note, that it is not fenced - so if you have kids who wander it may not be for you

Shops are at the end of the street and Erquy's main beach is 100 meters away. The house is fully equipped and you will enjoy 2 TVs (smart TV) with Netflix access etc,... Linens, bath towels and baby equipment are provided. Be sure to bring your raincoat and beach towel :-)
