Das gemütliche, ruhig gelegene 75m² messende 4-Betten-Nichtraucher-Holzhaus auf einem 900 m² Grundstück, davon 850 m² komplett eingezäunt, mit 12 m² Südbalkon und 20 m² nicht einsehbarer Terrasse verfügt über Telefon und Internet (mit Netbook und WLAN), ein 112 cm LCD-TV sowie Kinderstuhl und Kinderbett. Föhn, Mixer, Gewürze, Bügeleisen und -brett. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine sind vorhanden. Spül-, Putz- und Waschmittel, Toiletten- und Küchenpapier sowie Müllbeutel werden gestellt.

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

Unser denkmalgeschütztes Ferienhaus mit ca. 95 qm Wohnfläche befindet sich in der Nähe der Altstadt von Nideggen. Zwischen Marktplatz und Burg, ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem mitten im Geschehen. In wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie das Zentrum von Nideggen mit seinen schönen Cafés und Restaurants, wo sicher für jeden etwas dabei ist. Bis zur Burg sind es ca. 100 m. Von unserem Haus können Sie ebenfalls wunderbare Wanderungen in die nähere Umgebung wie das Rurtal oder die Kletterfelsen starten.

Das Rote Haus im Veytal

Das rote Haus liegt im idyllischen Veytal zwischen Mechernich und Satzvey, unmittelbar an dem namensgebenden Veybach. So lässt sich die besondere Lage mitten in der Natur des alten Waldarbeiterhauses genießen, während man nur 900m von der Ortslage Mechernich entfernt ist. Das Haus liegt unmittelbar an einem Fahrradweg und bietet so einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren in die Region.

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away. The room with personal entry is nicely furnished and has a private ensuite bathroom. There is WIFI- connection, an electric kettle, coffee and tea. The room shows to the backyard with trees and is quiet. There is direct access to the small garden via the entrance hall.
