The approx. 45 m² apartment "Glücksklee" is located on the ground floor of our vacation home "Kleines Glück" from the 19th century, which we have lovingly restored with high quality. Thick exterior walls made of brick and half-timbered clay walls combined with real wood oak floors guarantee a pleasant room climate all year round. The central location on the edge of the Eifel, coupled with the excellent connections to Aachen, Cologne, Jülich and Düsseldorf make it the perfect place to rest and relax.

Tiny House Rursee Nature & Living Experience

Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Quiet basement flat in a rural location, well-equipped kitchen, fireplace, terrace and parking space. Only 5 minutes by car to the motorway 4 direction Cologne (35min) and Aachen (25min). Due to the direct location at the Hürtgenwald and the Wehebachtalsperre ideal for hikers, mountain bikers and joggers. The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Boarding Aachen

Our green island in central location allows a comfortable living on 63qm. The fully renovated old building of an old customs house offers high ceilings and a pleasant indoor climate. The large garden or a red wine at the end of the day under the roofed terrace is also relaxing. In addition to a visit to the Carolus Thermen, we also recommend the historic old town of Aachen or a trip to the Eifel National Park. The campus of the RWTH Aachen is about 10km away - the CHIO area is closer.

Please write to me if your appointment is not available. You can expect 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (160 × 200). In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Newly renovated with love, the old building is the former hunting room of the property. In addition to old ship's parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. The apartment includes a private terrace and a large parking lot is also right in front of the door. It takes 10 minutes by car to get to Aachen city centre. ( Belgium 20 min., Holland 10 min.) Small but nice & quiet but central :-)

Completely newly renovated studio apartment (granny apartment) on 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small equipped kitchenette with coffee maker (pads), toaster, microwave and induction stovetop. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.

The detached single family home is located in a village between Aachen and Eschweiler. The highways to Cologne, Düsseldorf, Belgium and the Netherlands are all accessible within a 5 minute drive. The house features two bedrooms, a very large living room with a high ceiling, one bathroom, a kitchen, and is outfitted with all everyday appliances. Furthermore, a garden and terrace with a stone grill are available for private use.
