Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Die Lage ist perfekt geeignet für Ausflüge wie z.B. nach Regensburg, Kloster Weltenburg, zur Befreiungshalle nach Kelheim und Vieles mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Prospekte für Ausflugsmöglichkeiten liegen für Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft bereit.

Das Haus liegt in einem idyllischen Örtchen am Waldrand. Zum nächsten Ort sind es 2km. Dort finden Sie einen heimischen Bäcker und Metzger mit regionalen Angeboten. Die nächst größeren Städte sind Amberg (15km) und Sulzbach-Rosenberg (11km). Dort findet man mehrere große Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

We offer a beautiful small house -approx. 100sqm with its own entrance and a wonderful view of a green garden. Our house is 200m from the center of Neustadt Donau and about 5km from Abensberg. From Neustadt you can take the train to the historic city of Regensburg in 40 minutes. Shops can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

Sowohl die Innenstadt, der nächste Supermarkt sowie der Bahnhof sind in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

The vacation home is located approx. 2 km south-east of the city center in the district of Affecking directly on the Danube and offers the ideal mix of peace and quiet at night and proximity to the most beautiful sights with good transport connections.

The quiet cottage is on the edge of the woods near a residential estate. There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.
