Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed, one of which also has a sofa bed. The third has two single beds. Each room also has a wardrobe. Depending on which room you wake up in, you will see the rocks or the water :)

The house is located on the slope and the rooms are located in the basement, directly overlooking Kelheim and our garden. You have your own entrance.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
