Small, very friendly apartment, well furnished with a superb view, beach nearby, I recommend it.

The view is exceptional on the sea and the interior in boat style make you really feel like you're on it😊. Super clean and well maintained, easy contact. In short, nothing to complain about, I would recommend it in a second.

We were guests in Yann's accommodation for two weeks. It all matched the descriptions. The apartment is right by the sea, about 30 to 40 meters to the dunes. The sound of the sea is good to hear. Otherwise, at least during our stay, it is very quiet. Right there along the bike path of the stand. Yann was a friendly host who responded to a problem immediately and provided a solution. From the apartment, all sights can be easily reached by bike or car. A recommendation from us!

We had a great weekend in this very pleasant apartment, directly on the beach. It carries very well its name "feet in the water", the sea view is exceptional and once in the apartment you feel like you are on a boat. From the apartment, activity on the sea is important and we witness the races of oars, sailboats, triathlon training...Everything is done on foot (shops, market, restaurants, walks along the sea to the beautiful village of Lomener). A big thank you for the very accurate information / recommendations, the welcome and flexibility on checkout.

Privileged location with breathtaking views of the estuary. Location that makes it very easy to visit the surroundings. Very nice accommodation, very well equipped in a peaceful environment. We particularly appreciated the responsiveness of the host, the thoughtful touches on our arrival and the quality of the bedding.

Listing as described. Clean, nothing is missing, the bedding is excellent. Courtyard to park the car, the land is closed for children. The accommodation is in a very quiet cul-de-sac close to shops. Plus a breathtaking view of the Ria d'Etel. The coastal path begins at the bottom of the garden. Patrick is a particularly friendly and accommodating host. To be repeated, in the meantime I recommend it without any problem.

Beautiful house. Renovated to a high standard, fresh, modern and clean. Loved the courtyard which was a real suntrap. The lounge area was relaxing as the large skylight streamed in sunlight - and if it got too sunny there was a clever electric blind. Loved the top bedroom with the amazing views. Had everything you needed for a holiday. Locals friendly, extremely quiet area. The little bar next door was fun (not noisy) and the restaurant the other side was worth a visit. A skip and a hop to the waterfront, and check out the times of the little boat to Etel. Lots of little places to swim. Perfect location to see the surrounding areas. Plenty of parking - we always got a place right outside (we had a bigger car so didn’t park it inside). Morgane was so helpful and available, even popped round and put the tv on as we couldn’t work it out!

Pleasant, clean accommodation, close to the sea and the city center. Small private cocoonig garden. Hosts living next to the Accommodation are discreet and helpful. We spent a week in the accommodation and we recommend it.

We spent two wonderful weeks in Martine's apartment. The hosts are very friendly, approachable at all times and have a lot of helpful information ready. Everything you could wish for is available in the apartment, the appliances work and it is very clean. We also like the location, it is quiet, the surroundings are very nice and you can go for a great walk. The village of Plouhinec offers bars, restaurants, creperies, bakeries, supermarket, etc. It is practical that from there you can reach many well-known places such as Carnac, Quiberon, the Gulf of Morbihan, Concarneau, Pont Aven and other excursion destinations in a relatively short time, both in the south and north. However, the direct footpath to the beach is blocked by a military training area, except in July and August, and the nearest beach access is then 3 km away.

A little corner of paradise immersed in a very rich nature, ideal for observing terns and other birds of the area! This very pleasant house, with large volumes, allows you to spend a relaxing stay in an idyllic setting thanks to its breathtaking view in each room. A very cozy stay, summer and winter, open to a garden rich in biodiversity. Nancy was very accommodating for the departure and arrival times and gave very good advice for discovering the local fauna and flora. Thank you again and I hope to see you soon 🙂

Second stay for me in this cozy little accommodation. I am always well received, Samuel is an attentive host. The apartment has a small terrace with a beautiful view in a very quiet neighborhood and residence, we are a few minutes' walk from restaurants and the beach, which is very appreciable. This is the ideal accommodation for a quiet vacation.

the comfort is in the detail, the furniture, the dishes, the decor done with taste, top appliances, we picked up clams and cooked. The view is exotic, there is a superU 900m for shopping and the walk is pleasant. The outdoor terrace has a superb view.

this accommodation is perfect! the sublime life! the peaceful place! the kitchen has everything you need! the balcony is great! the bathroom is large! even the shower gel smells good. Corrine and her husband are adorable!

We had a great stay, the terrace offers a very nice view of the sea and the beach. Aline sent all the necessary information so that we could easily find the apartment. We had all the basic necessities available (coffee machine, oven, etc.). The only small drawback was paying or bringing your own sheets. We thank Aline, we had a wonderful weekend, we highly recommend it!!
