Holiday rentals with breakfast in Etruscan Coast

Lorenzo and Cristina are very nice and helpful. The cozy house has all the comforts. Even the internal man is very well taken care of. The bus at the hospital is very easy to get to and from the center quickly, in short, this is an ideal place to explore Florence. We had a wonderful time!

The country cottage is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

Fantastic stay, Agnese always available and welcoming as if we were at home, everything we needed was there if not more. I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a day of pure relaxation away from the sounds of the city.

The view from the terrace was magical! A few mosquitoes appeared after sunset but were not a nuisance. Once indoors, the hosts had secured mosquito nets for all windows and doors. AC both up and down was a welcome luxury. Kitchen has everything you would need. Our experience was fully incorporated into what was described in the text and images. It is good to have access to the parking below the apartment, but just like in the rest of Italy, it is narrow, sometimes very crowded, as parking discipline is not the best. There are more spacious parking options further up (max 4 min walk) from the apartment, which is preferable. Can definitely recommend the apartment. The host couple is very accommodating and came up with good tips on other activities (as there was a risk of a train strike one of the days we were there).

An excellent apartment that could not be faulted. Lelia was very friendly and easy to communicate with and the holiday we had was superb, thanks in no small way by the quality and location of the apartment.

Simonetta made us feel truly at home—like a home away from home. Her place radiates peace and tranquility, offering a beautiful view of the countryside while being just a short and convenient train ride from Florence. The setting is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, yet close enough to explore the city with ease. My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our stay and would return without hesitation.

Anna has a lovely place located close to the central street & close enough to the train station. The patio has a beautiful view of the water & colourful houses. Great spot for a morning coffee or glass of wine at the end of the night. The place is spacious. Anna provides step by step photos to get you to her location which were very helpful. Highly recommend this spot & host if you are travelling to Cinque Terre!

Caterina’s place was immaculate. She welcomed us and showed us how to use everything and chatted to us about the area. The linen was clean, bathroom was spotless and all the smaller details were provided. I highly recommend this home for someone traveling to Florence. Thank you so much and we will be back!!!!

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

Perfect apartment with a great host. Giorgio responds super fast and was extremely helpful before, and on arrival. The apartment itself has everything you could want or need. And it was pleasant even while it was more than 35 degrees outside. It was also spotlessly clean and in a great location. Would love to stay here again when visiting Florence.

I had a happy time in a house that looked like it was in a movie in a beautiful natural environment. I think I'll keep my time in Kian Tti as a good memory thanks to the kind and friendly host who responds so quickly. It was a little difficult at first for the city girls who were new to the road to the accommodation, but it wasn't difficult when they got used to it. It's perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. I left today, but I want to go again.

Anna and Alessio are fabulous hosts. Quick to respond to any request, leaving gifts like wine, focaccia and the best limoncello I have every tasted and just really nice people. The apartment is very clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. It is so great that this is our second stay here. It was like coming home. It also has a balcony with the most amazing views. A garden that you can sit , relax and drink wine. This is our favorite place in Italy.

Ruth is the best host with great communication, clear instructions and tips about the area and very proactive and responsive. The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated with local art. The apartment faces the sea and is not on the main side of town so the only sound we heard was the lapping of the waves on the rocks below. A quiet oasis in the midst of a bustling tourist destination. The town was quieter from 5:30pm until 10am so we took advantage of early morning hikes to beat the heat and crowds. The patio was perfect and made me not want to leave the apartment! Ruth provided everything one could need from a beach bag and yoga mat to an iron and some drinks and snacks upon arrival. Ruth has thought of everything to make her guests feel pampered and welcomed. Thank you for sharing Vernazza and this beautiful apartment with us. We can’t wait to return.

Giacomo, was an absolute legend! Such a great guy, welcoming and helpful. The property is set amongst beautiful gardens overlooking the spectacular Tuscan countryside. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have all you need. Would’ve loved to have stayed longer. Thanks for everything G and hope to return soon

The stay with Valentina was absolutely wonderful. The place is incredibly beautiful, surrounded by nature and filled with a peaceful energy. We felt truly welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. The meals were homemade with love and full of flavor, adding a special touch to the whole experience. We’re so grateful for our time here and would love to come back again!

Steven’s Place is in a beautiful location and had all the listed amenities. They also arranged for a vegetarian dinner for us, that was really delicious. Special mention to the staff who was very attentive and thoughtful. The only callout would be to kindly share the price for the dinner beforehand, which we felt was at the higher end at €37 per person. Rest everything was good.

We had an absolutely outstanding stay with Angela and Marco in Vernazza! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was not only comfortable and spotless, but it also offered a breathtaking view that made waking up each morning a delight. The property itself is situated on top of a mountain, offering incredible panoramic views and a peaceful, serene atmosphere. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious, fresh, and the perfect way to start each day. Angela and Marco were the most gracious and welcoming hosts, making sure we had everything we needed while respecting our privacy. Their hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. Beautiful stay in Corniglia!! When doing research you will see many people trying to steer you away from Corniglia, but it was our favorite place we stayed during our 2 week vacation to Italy. While there are daunting stairs there is also a shuttle bus that runs regularly throughout the day that can bring you up to the town. Cristiana is lovely. She recommended some great local spots and the focaccia at her bar is to die for! We hope to be back next time we are in the area. Corniglia and Cristian’s bnb is a little slice of heaven!

My wife and I enjoy our time celebrating our 25th anniversary overlooking Lucca and the surrounding areas… absolutely beautiful setting and once in a lifetime experience.

Staying with Matteo and his family was such a pleasure. Don’t miss out on dinner, Matteo is a fantastic cook and the view from the terrace is unbeatable. I took a beautiful hike straight from the house, and they were super flexible about picking me up from the train station. It was the perfect oasis after the bustle of Firenze. Thanks for everything!
