Lieu d’exception unique a conservé tout son charme authenticité des matériaux anciens (silex, craie, brique) et rénovation de grande qualité.Vélos acceptés. Située près du Casino et de la plage, la maison est préservée des nuisances sonores (cour à l’avant). Si vous êtes plus nombreux il existe une chambre spacieuse sous les toits pour 2+1 personnes avec sa salle de bain privative (autre annonce airbnb).

Très bien exposée, vous aurez le soleil toute la journée. Un grand parasol vous permettra de prendre vos repas à l'extérieur sur une grande terrasse. En automne et hiver, vous pourrez cocooner au coin du feu. De nombreux livres, jeux de société, jouets, sont à votre disposition (pour petits et grands !) Venez vous y reposer !

A large garden with a terrace and outdoor lounge, equipped with outdoor games for children: trampoline, swings and slide. Located between the two beaches of Puys and Saint-Martin-en-Campagne.
