Last but not least there is a leaving room where you will find a dinning table and a comfortable couch in front of an energy fireplace so as you can enjoy your stay, relax ,create warm and romantic nights

It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. Το σπίτι αυτό κατοικήθηκε από ανθρώπους που αγαπούσαν τον τόπο τους και την φύση. Διαθέτει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με καναπέ-κρεβάτι, κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Έχει βεράντα με θέα στο Πέλαγος και μια μεγάλη αυλή με θέα στο βουνό. Βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση από εστιατόρια, σούπερ μάρκετ και παραλίες. Η γύρω περιοχή προσφέρει άφθονες ευκαιρίες για πεζοπορία, κολύμπι, αναρρίχηση ή χαλάρωση. Στην τιμή περιλαμβάνεται και ο νόμιμος φόρος ανά ημέρα.

It is an occasion for an escape from everyday life and a short respite in the beautiful nature and the peaceful life of a traditional Greek village.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
