A great quiet place to stay. All the other residents were really friendly whenever I ran into them passing by. I wish I could have stayed here for my entire trip in Hendricks.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy one-bedroom, one-bath apartment in Brookings. The place was spotless and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bedroom had a comfy bed with fresh linens, and the bathroom was clean and stocked with towels and basic toiletries. Communication with the host was smooth—they were friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting the area for work, school, or just a weekend getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at the lake cabin. Very nice for the money. Comfortable beds and super clean. Easy checkin and great communication with the host. We would love to stay again during the summer months. We would highly recommend it. Thank you
