Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

You can get a refreshment from the TV in the bedroom with a freshly brewed tea or coffee from the machine. Cook for yourself or let the Italian, Indian or Turkish restaurant on site spoil you.

The apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest - ideal for relaxing walks to Karlsburg or downtown Karlstadt.

Dort befinden sich Bäcker, Gastronomie und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Hallenbad und eine Naturbadesee mit Seeterasse befinden sich im Ort.
