Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Kleines, gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett und Bad. Exklusive Küche zur Verfügung, sowie Mitnutzung von Waschraum und eigene Terrasse. Parkplatz auf dem Hof, rechts neben dem Haus. 3km von der Altstadt. Marktkauf, Mediamarkt, Baumarkt und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es handelt sich um eine Suite in einem Einfamilienhaus (Bungalow) wo unsere Familie selber wohnt. Achtung: Wir haben zwei liebe Hunde (Lilli, und Berry), die unseren Gästen gerne begrüßen.

Von dieser zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft aus, bist du an allen schönen Orten in unserer Umgebung. Der Teutoburger Wald und die Weser bieten wundervolle Tagesausflugsziele. Hameln, Rinteln, Lemgo, Barntrup und Blomberg sind je 20-30 Auto-Minuten entfernt;. Minden und Detmold 40 Minuten. Alles wundervolle Städte mit sehr viel alter Geschichte und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wundervolle Wander- und Radwege in direkter Umgebung. REWE, Aldi etc. sowie Bäcker sind fußläufig nah.

Das Haus Tom verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer die liebevoll eingerichtet sind. Das Haus ist Mitte der neunziger Jahre im skandinavischen Stil errichtet worden und im Jahr 2018 aufwendig renoviert worden. Apartment "Barn" Large 2-room apartment

Here you have peace and nature! This bright, barrier-free apartment is 94 square meters, has a kitchen with seating, a large shower room, a bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm) and a living room with access to the terrace/small garden. 1 child's/extra bed can be provided on request; sofa bed in the living room. A vacation home just as you want it. In the barn there is enough space for storage; please also visit our 1st apartment "Heuboden"

*Glamping* on a country estate (yurt)

At the foot of the Wiehen Hills, under trees, directly on a small stream is the 800 m², completely fenced property. You use this property all to yourselves. The glamping tent is decorated with warm colors, a large bed, lots of cuddly pillows, blankets, bedside tables, lamps and a nice sitting area. In front of the tent is a small campfire place. Under the large weeping willow you will find a romantic sitting area with a grill.

Vacation home 2 "Thusnelda," Schmales Feld

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
