Holiday rentals with lake access in Faggeto Lario

We had an amazing stay - would definitely recommend! The apartment is very clean and well equipped (especially the kitchen, there was all the basics you need for cooking along with coffee which was much needed after a day of travelling!). Great views of the lake from the kitchen and terrace and ideally situated - a short walk to Ossuccio lido/sala Comacina and quick bus or 20 minute walk along the greenway to Lenno for bigger supermarkets etc. This was our third time staying in this area of Lake Como and we all agreed that the location was perfect, quiet and beautiful but also close to all our favourite lidos and restaurants. Monica was a brilliant host. She helped us with recommendations for restaurants and also made reservations for us when we needed help which was so kind. She answered us very quickly and was very friendly - we would definitely choose to stay at her apartment again.

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at the window to the lake. Beautiful views also to the surrounding Tremezzo and mountains along with a very comfortable stay. We travelled to other locations on Lake Como and even had a night in cooking dinner and drinking wine from the local market. Thanks to Elena E Mara for a great stay!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Tilde in Dervio! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zu den wichtigsten Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen konnten wir ihn jederzeit unkompliziert über Chat erreichen und bekamen immer sofort eine Antwort. Das hat uns ein sehr sicheres und willkommenes Gefühl gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

We zijn uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangen in het gerieflijke appartement met prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Op elke slaapkamer en in de living is een perfect werkende airco voorzien. Vlakbij 2 supergoeie bakkers. Laura had gezorgd voor ijsblokjes en fris water, er was zelfs een lekkere attentie en alle toeristische info werd voorzien. De parkeerplaats was superhandig. Laura reageert zeer snel op elke vraag. We hebben er graag en goed geslapen. Bedankt Laura en ook Paola. Het is een echte aanrader!

It was fantastic to stay right on the lake with a private patio. We cooked dinner one night and walked to a restaurant the other night of our stay. Beautiful views. Swans visited the water below the patio. I enjoyed the layout with high ceiling and bed on the second floor. The air conditioning worked well - which was great after the journey to the lake on a hot day. We also made pasta in Lierna - with Annamaria, and went swimming in the lake. Great experience staying in Bellano.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Loved our stay. Truly a beautiful and quiet part of the lake. The flat was perfect for two and we loved being able to just step outside for a dip in the lake. Would highly recommend.

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

The stay in this apartment was absolutely exceptional! First of all, a huge thanks to the owner Allesandra - extremely helpful, cordial and always available. The contact was immediate and very professional, which made us feel taken care of from the first moment. The location of the apartment is a huge advantage - everything within reach, and in addition a breathtaking view, which impressed us every day. The apartment itself is furnished to a very high standard - everything thought out in the smallest detail, very clean, comfortable and stylish. The quality of the equipment and attention to detail definitely exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend this place to everyone and we will definitely come back at the next opportunity!

The views are wonderful and the location is great. Close to restaurants, bus and ferry stop. Excellent host, extremely helpful when I needed a doctor.

Andreas ist wirklich ein Super-Host: sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir durften sogar seinen Garagen-Platz benutzen. Die Kommunikation war äusserst unkompliziert und alles gut beschrieben. Die Lage des historischen Hauses ist einzigartig: einmalige Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge sowie der wunderbare Garten und die super ausgestattete Loggia vor der Wohnung laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Dorfladen ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar und ist mit dem Wichtigsten für den täglichen Bedarf ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmacksvoll aber auch praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden (sogar Kaffee!), das Bett ist sehr bequem, und die Aussicht vom Schlafzimmer aus ist einzigartig. Während unserem Aufenthalt war es noch etwas kalt, wir konnten die Räume aber gut heizen. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt im Cà la Rocca sehr genossen und können's von Herzen weiter empfehlen.

Danielle met us right in front of the property and was very welcoming with instructions for everything and a local welcome gift (pasta & wine). The place is charming and immaculately clean..I would come back time and time again and would highly recommend this to friends and family. Pictures do not do justice to this 180 degree lake view. The meticulous and fragrant garden enhance the appeal of this place. One can tell that Danielle cares a lot about his place and particularly his guests. We had a great time!

This is the perfect place for a romantic escape with beautiful surroundings. The place is quiet, perfectly equipped with high standards. Everything was done by the host to make us have a perfect time. We especially appreciated the exterior. The garden gives a really intimate mood but letting as well appreciate the view on the lake few meters away. And the terrasse fournitures are perfect to chill and enjoy the sunset. To finish, the lake property gives really a plus with our own place by the lake, to take the sun, and go for a swim. We cannot wait to come again for a weekend break.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Aussicht aus der Villa war wunderschön!! Die Gastgeberin ist auch sehr freundlich und jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit Das Highlight war der Pool mit der Aussicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder

This was a fabulous spot to stay on Lake Como. We couldn’t have picked better. It was such a luxury having the garden and being able to swim privately in the lake every morning and afternoon. Once we parked the car we didn’t need to use it again as the place is bang in the walkable centre of all we wanted to see. The first day we walked 15 mins north to Tremezzo where we got the ferry over to Bellagio (which we found heavily touristic but our teens enjoyed all the shops) and we enjoyed the gardens of Villa Melzi . The second day we walked 15 mins south to lovely Lenno - so pretty the waterside promenade and Villa Balbianello. The third day to Tremezzo and Villla Carlotta - lots of Villas! If we didn’t have our teens with us we would have had cocktails in the grand hotel in Tremezzo and we also would have eaten at the lovely restaurant in Azzano (looked like a real foodies haven). The house had such character and was tucked quietly away from the main road. And the views - incredible!

Cinizia was the best Airbnb host I've ever had, hands down!!! Her place is so special, and she went out of her way to greet me when I arrived and explain everything to me thoroughly. She is the absolute sweetest, and she puts so much thought + care into her cabins. My stay there was truly special. Her garden is absolutely beautiful. 10/10, I can't say enough nice things about Cinizia! xx

Todella kiva huoneisto mahtavalla näköalalla Como-järvelle. Huoneistossa kaikki tarvittava. Helppo sisäänkirjautuminen. Rauhallista ja todella siistiä. Voi lämpimästi suositella!

Frederico's apartment is a little piece of paradise on earth. The view is amazing. They were super nice during our conversations and gave us great recommendations on what to visit in the area.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

This place is truly one of a kind. Simply the most exceptional place I have been to. Great restaurants nearby, directly accessible by boat. We just loved cruising around the lake with the small motor boat, it made everything feel more special. The place itself is unique, as only very few houses are available in Santa Margherita. Lots of birds to watch, but the icing on the cake was all the fireflies at night that sparkle in the dark, really magical. But above all, Mattia was the friendliest, most helpful host and made everything nice and comfortable for us.

Fijn, ruim en schoon huis op een prachtige plek met uitzicht op het Comomeer! We konden vroeger inchecken met duidelijke instructie via de app. Radu kwam even later uitleg en informatie geven. We hebben het contact met Radu als prettig ervaren, vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar absoluut niet storend
