The bedroom provides a snug and homely space with double bed enjoying views towards the lake. The Sofa bed easy transforms the living area into a comfortable additional sleeping space.

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. It is set in over 2 acres of farmland which is used for hay plus your own large private garden with a swing and moles The guest suite is suitable for 3 adults or2 adults + 1 child plus infant baby travel cot provided. There is a comfortable lounge/diner/ kitchenette suitable for light meals. Breakfast basket included with bottle of bubbly too. The Limes, with its own front door, offers a relaxing home from home environment. It is light and airy, set well back from the road, overlooking a lovely garden with views of the countryside. It offers off road parking, 15 minutes from Winchester centre, good size and comfortable double and single bedrooms, with a well equipped kitchen.

Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!
