Monthly Rentals in Fair Oak

This was our second stay here as we were so impressed the first time. Sarah is the perfect host, leaving us alone yet making sure we're OK too. She really has thought of everything and if there isn't something there that you require, I would imagine she would go out of her way to try and provide it for you. Lovely location if you like rural peace and quiet, which we do. We tried the local pub this time too and we weren't disappointed, lovely pub meals in a cosy, traditional setting. We could not recommend this lovely place enough!

Wow ! What a beautiful rural place ! So cosy , super clean, well designed , the interior is stunning and everything you need within the lodge ! Great location near bishops Waltham that has nice independent shops cafes and pubs and only 20 min drive to Winchester and paultons park! Lots to do in the area but feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere so peaceful ! The lodge is very insulated so it did get hot over the nice weekend but Jackie was super quick to give us some fans for the room- she went above and beyond to make sure we was comfortable during our stay, would definitely recommend, thanks Jackie !

I had a flood in my property and stayed at Paul’s through the insurance. He was very understanding and even had the place ready earlier than expected so I could move in asap. I ended up needing to stay longer so they could fix my property and he gave me first refusal for the length of stay so I didn’t have to worry. It’s a lovey little place and a great owner, definitely recommend
