The niche was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful grounds, extremely comfortable furniture, and close to all the hikes we wanted!

I booked this spot for my birthday/ mother & daughter getaway and was not disappointed! The views were great and the whole place was very relaxing. Angela was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We traveled with my 3 year old rescue dog and he had the time of his life. There was plenty of space for him to run around! We will certainly be back!

We loved our stay here!! It was the perfect getaway for a long weekend. The property is beautiful and private but close to anything that you might need. The kitchen was super well stocked, beds were comfy, and we really appreciated the firewood supply. Nikki & Topher were great hosts - extremely responsive to all questions we had and proactive about check in/check out instructions. Would definitely come back!

Staying at this home was a wonderful experience. The house was in pristine condition, with everything clean and organized. The view was breathtaking and the photos on AirBnb represented the home well. Brittany was responsive and helpful, on-top of being kind and understanding. The coffee station was a real plus! We greatly enjoyed our stay and would return if possible.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Very quiet, beautiful light at dawn and dusk with open views. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is really easy to cook in. We felt right at home!

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. Dawnside is just as beautiful in person as in the photos. We had a wonderful time and appreciated the views, privacy, and cleanliness of the property. Erich is a great host and the house manual is detailed and useful. We would visit again!

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation. Chelsea’s place was convenient, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We were close to Hanover but away from the crowds of college visitors. Lots of good food options within walking distance. Lovely stay!

One of the few airbnbs where the Airbnb is actually nicer than the pictures make it out to be. Very spacious, cozy basement apartment with all the necessities. Great location, close to plenty of trails and a few breweries. We brought our pup who loved the easily accessible dirt roads from the house. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit but Laurie leaves you plenty of fire wood.

Fabulous! The apartment is so beautifully decorated and thoughtfully outfitted with everything you could need. It was just perfect. We loved staying there.

Camilla is a wonderful host and a gem of a person. She made my almost month of stay at her beautiful and inviting studio, extremely comfortable and delightful. The location is perfect as it is walkable to everything Montpelier has to offer but also private and peaceful. Highly recommend staying here if you visit.

A beautiful cozy place in a quiet green area. Everything was clean and well organized, comfortable bed, good pressure and temperature in the shower. Nice little kitchen. Very friendly and responsive host. Would definitely recommend 😊

The accommodations was really nicely done. You can tell Robert is handy with all the woodwork that has been done inside. The place is nice and clean and very cozy. It was really peaceful there. The book they left on the bed gave you complete instructions and recommendations for things to do and places to eat which is nice. We came up for a wedding at Owls Nest which was only 10 minutes away which was nice. They also let us book the air bnb for only the one night which was great! The barn was nice. There are horses on the property too. I love the little tractor lawn decoration. The shower had really good water pressure which I appreciate. We would definitely stay there again. The price was very reasonable.

What an Absolute Blessing finding this perfect piece of paradise - So beautifully decorated with every comfort provided. Cozy and quiet, just what were looking for !! Sipping on our morning coffee being visited by two cheerful chipmunks a couple of chubby squirrels and a colorful blue Jay was an extra delight ... The detail and all your special touches made our trip complete. The fresh-cut flowers in every room made me smile every time I saw them! The special touches, the unexpected breakfast, to the snacks. Rick's place was exactly the kinda of peaceful getaway that we were looking for. There is so much to do in the area you can't do it all in one stay. We can't wait to come back and stay again. He was very understanding for the need of my wife's service dog and there were no issues all weekend! If you're looking for a nice stress free getaway and deal with a host who knows his stuff, is responsive, and understanding then all you need to book with Rick!

great getaway for Cannon (11 mins) and Waterville valley (33 mins). Ihave never slept in a more comfortable bed in my life and same for my two companions in the other two beds. just what you need for a nice ski vacation.

Absolutely beautiful condo in the perfect location! We loved everything about it! Perfectly clean and had everything we needed and more (comfortable beds, pool, pickle ball, beautiful grounds, extremely clean, perfectly decorated for comfort, etc…). Could not have been better! Looking forward to our next stay here! Also, very friendly and responsive host. We literally said “wow” when we saw it! Very highly recommend!

Rick’s place was perfect for a recent trip to Loon Mtn for mountain biking. Very clean and close to all the spots we wanted to check out. Hope to be able to stay here again in the future
