House holiday rentals in Fairview Heights

We came for a graduation for our daughter. She and her husband and four kids stayed with us. Deborah went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! There were graduation decorations and even bubbles for the kids to help Mom celebrate! She left little surprises all over the house for our grandkids and they were so entertained by such a well stocked home! The pool was way nicer than expected and we had so much fun in it!! You can tell Deborah takes pride in this home and in providing a memorable experience! This was actually a last minute booking because our original place was canceled and I feel it was meant to be. This was a better weekend because of where we stayed!

Absolutely perfect stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host, Marie, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, providing helpful recommendations. Marie made Christmas truly special for our family. The communication was seamless, and check-in/out was a breeze. The location was ideal – peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house was amazing and clean. The pool area was peaceful after a long day of work. It was conveniently located to where we were working and were able to walk back and forth. The host was responsive to any questions and requests. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This place was just what we needed for a quick trip back "home." Location was great. Nice and quiet and private. Easy access to highways, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Matt was very responsive to any and all questions. How was very clean and had everything we needed. Basement games were fun for kids as well:) We're actually coming back next month and staying at one of his other properties. We're sure we won't be disappointed!:)

Great location, all the amenities you could ask for, loved the bath tub and hot tub! Super clean and comfy! Our family loved it! It was the perfect get away after a busy day in the city!

My siblings and I rented out this space for my mom for mothers day. Her and my bonus dad loved it so much, they requested us to book them for all their gifts going forward! The only complaint, is they wish we would have booked them a longer stay!

We vacationed in many condos and homes. Mostly off an alternative site. This place was in the tops. Great neighborhood the Hills. Fantastic restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Would stay here again if ever in the area again.

To say this place is unique is an understatement but the place was awesome. Every square foot was accounted for in something new and neat to find. Location is great, as it’s about a 15 minute drive from any place you’d want to go, but also there’s enough to do on the grounds you don’t really have to leave if you so choose. When we visit St Louis again we will look here first!

the place was very clean and secluded. could barely hear any noise from the city. had a slight issue with the wi-fi but the outlets just needed to be reset.

Cozy, comfortable, well-stocked duplex in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located at a good price. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Pleasant hosts. This is now my go-to place for visits with family in Belleville.

Me and my friends booked this space for a concert that was in town. We are from out of town and wanted to enjoy St Louis. We wanted something different, something out of the box. This space was just that and soooooo much more. With a rare blend of unique, comfort, and quirky. It set the bar really high for the rest of the vacation. We are the type to stay on the go and not be in our room when on vacation. This place challenged that as it was so hard to leave sometimes. Host is just as amazing. Im not the best with modern tech and stuff of that nature. The host went out of their way to help. The host was accommodating in more ways than one. They provided some really solid recommendations for the city upon our request. Thats another thing, the host is probably one of the nicest, most responsive, helpful host Ive ever had. "The Dawg House" as we called it is now a staple in our travel plans to St. Louis. Do yourself a favor and book this place now before you miss out.

It was a great Walked to several restaurants and bowling alley and indoor output. They had everything handy for you to use coffee bar was great.

No complaints. It is our second time staying at Brandon's place. Good location, close to everything. Private backyard and driveway. The house was clean, beds are comfy and dogs are allowed!

The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We left something begging and the hosts were gracious to send it to us. The place was easy to check-in to, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. We'd definitely stay again.

This is my second time staying here. I’ve been traveling for work and this has been an absolutely perfect place for me to stay while on the road. All the conveniences of home in a nicely decorated comfortable space. It’s been like a second home for me the past few months and I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again if I’m ever in the area working in the future. The hosts have been fantastic. Very easy to communicate with and just overall great people to deal with.

Emily was very good at communication. We found the home very clean. It has been nicely updated and decorated. It was just the right place for our weekend stay.

Lisa is great. The home is beautiful, clean, it felt so relaxing. We loved to walk around the little pond, just beautiful . Neighborhood is very friendly and peaceful. Made for a very relaxing trip. Lisa thank you so much. We had 4 kiddos with us- so the park just across the tree lined street was such a benefit. We would love to rebook every time we come back to the area.

This is the second time that we've stayed at Dan's place and I know it won't be the last. They are always so responsive and proactive with giving us our check-in information about our stay and making sure we know to reach out if we need anything but we never do because the place is so perfect! It just feels like home as soon as you arrive. It is one of the top places we've ever stayed and everything is exactly as described. Don't miss out on this gem.

We (three adults) were in town for a graduation celebration. For us, the location was only two miles away from the venue. We found the accommodations perfect for us opposed to two separate hotel rooms. We were able to gather comfortably in the living room area. There was a nice little table and chairs on the deck, which would have been nice to use if we'd actually stayed for a bit longer. Upon entering and through our stay, the temperature was very comfortable. There were plenty of bedding and bath linens. Other than using the microwave for a quick warm up for breakfast and washing, drying some glasses for beverages, we didn't really use the kitchen. However, there appeared to be plenty of dishes, glasses, and eating utensils. We were pleased that both bedrooms had ceiling fans. Although we didn't use any of the TVs, they were in each bedroom as well as the living room. Everything was clean. The decor was simple and pleasant. Plenty of lights, tables, seating. Included pet food dishs

If I’m being honest I did not have high hopes. I was in the area for an event I have attended for the last 3 years. This time I was going to go with a hotel, I’m glad I didn’t. This was the best place I have stayed in this area. I was very pleasantly surprised. For folk of a certain age this will feel very familiar. The place was exceptionally clean, no musky smell. The mattresses are older, but they feel like no one has slept in them. I stayed in the larger room upstairs. The smaller room felt equally comfortable. The third bed/ basement bathroom / suite might feel a little dingy and quaint to some, but it was dry and it was clear they took pains to make it comfortable. If I was with a group I wouldn’t mind choosing that space. Good water pressure. throughout. This is the host’s first house they owned. It feels homey. I will come back next year to the event and this will be the place I try to stay first. Also, upon request they will give you farm fresh eggs!!! So good!

Great place. Very comfortable. It was raining when we checked in which made negotiating the stone path a little dicey, but other than that, it was a great stay all around. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Gifted By Design’s place. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was great close to downtown and some family we had lived really close by. I really appreciated the cozy decor, well-stocked kitchen, my kids really loved the basement tv area. We are from Texas and we don’t have basements and they thought the couch and tv was their own private batcave. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice home and quick and easy to get to places (about 15 minutes away from any direction). The host was very responsive and had clear instructions. I would definitely stay at this location again!
