Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fairview Park

The house is absolutely perfect! They have certainly thought of everything. The yard was so peaceful and we saw lots of wildlife. The house was beautiful and better than expected. Lastly, the location was fantastic. So many fun things to do and delicious restaurants were all near by. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This home sits in a very quiet peaceful and safe residential neighborhood. The home itself was very well maintained. Mark thought of anything you might need and already had it available in the house. He even provided toothbrush and toothpaste packets. A full supply of coffee with cream and sugar versus the token one or two pots you usually get. At night it was incredibly quiet. Numerous stores and restaurants are nearby and the famous Metro Parks is a quick straight shot down the road. This was among the most well thought out Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Great job and would highly recommend!!!!

While we were only there a short while, Michelle’s place was perfect! It was comfortable, very clean, and private. Michelle was wonderful, as well! She was responsive, friendly, and sent explicit instructions for check-in, which I always appreciate! I’d highly recommend staying here!

Had to crash somewhere on our travels to NY and find this little comfort! It was just like home. My twins loved the couch and stairs and mirror on the back of the storage door! Very accommodating for our group! Again thank you so much!!

Kevin's place is a great location for all of the greater Cleveland area. It is especially convenient to the airport which was a big bonus for us. We have family south and east of Cleveland, and it was easy to get to all locations because Kevin's home is close to highways. The home met all of our needs during our holiday visit.

It was our first time in Cleveland and one of our first stops was Kathleen’s property. Even before we arrived, Kathleen was as very kind and a very informative host. She was also very easy to work with on flexible check ins which was amazing. When we got there, the property was perfect and had all of our needs for us and our friends. It was close to everything we wanted to do and very cozy to stay at. Thank you so much Kathleen!!!!!!

We were in the area for the weekend to visit family/friends and Christine’s apartment was perfect for us! We were met upon arrival and given an overview of the unit and some tips for local restaurants. The apartment was completely stocked…even things I would have never thought of plus a few snacks. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with great pressure! Overall positive experience! We agreed if we have the need again, which I suspect we will, we would definitely stay here again!!

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay! Denise’s place was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described (if not better!). She clearly put a lot of thought into the little details—from the welcoming touches to the super comfy bedding. Communication was fast and friendly, and check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we felt right at home the entire time. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed Airbnb. We absolutely loved the property. It was so nice to have the option to use the grill/ fire pit/ back yard. My husband loved being able to just walk down a few steps to enjoy fishing—which he did every morning and evening. We were only about an hour from Marblehead where we went to see the lighthouse and then took a ferry to Kelley’s Island. On the island, we recommend seeing the Glacial Grooves and the North Shore Alvar. Then an hour in the other direction, we were able to enjoy the views from the observation tower at Lake Erie Bluffs. And very nearby was Lakeview Park, which had a beach area with swimming. The views from the back yard at sunset were stunning. We had everything we needed for a nice relaxing stay by the water. By far my favorite place to stay in Cleveland Heights. The flat is tastefully decorated, well stocked kitchen and bathroom, with a very comfortable bed. What makes this place stand out (beyond the quiet but convenient location) is the obvious thought Corey and Tracey put into providing everything a guest might possibly need (I.e. not only an umbrella, but rain ponchos 😊). I've already booked a return stay. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described; stylish, comfortable, and well-located. The decor was modern and inviting, and the natural light made it feel bright and airy. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the cozy living space, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, which made everything seamless. One highlight was the location. There were great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, and it was easy to get around the area.

My son is medical school at Case Western so I visit frequently. In January I stayed here and was vey satisfied. I stayed in June and will continue to book this place for all future visits.

I was in town for a friend's wedding and some relaxation. This place was perfect for me, it's right on the lake and had a beautiful sunrise waking up to and watching the sunset. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever I'm the area again. The hosts were very responsive and respectful. 🌟

This place is AWESOME! Great location & very safe. Great views. Newly remodeled and GORGEOUS!! Wonderful place with all the essentials you could want! Marisa is a WONDERFUL host. She worked hard to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Close to all events downtown so you can walk to everything so you don't have to deal with parking! We had a great stay (saw AC/DC) & if we come back, will definately look Marisa up!!

Jonathan was a great host. He kept in touch and was quick to respond. This location is near plenty of attractions and very walkable to the Flats, Rock & Roll HOF, and all the sports stadiums. Awesome rooftop patio and very cozy. We highly recommend staying here!

Great location. Close to literally everything. Food, entertainment, highway. Very clean and very affordable. 100% would go there again.

Great location for us. Reasonably close to where we were going. It allowed us to avoid traffic. Unit is exactly what you expected based on the pictures. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Tanesha is a wonderful host. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay there again for our next visit.

Oludahuns house was just as described. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. A large TV in the living room and a tv in each bedroom. We’re planning our next trip already. I highly recommend this house 😊

The check in details were a little confusing, they had me open a separate browser and it was a little tricky to maneuver, as was finding the parking garage. Once everything was situated it was a very easy and relaxing stay. I loved the price, loved the location, we had a great time! It is the perfect space for two people coming for a concert, game, or quick weekend away! Thank you!

Very clean and tidy room, quiet surroundings, and a very comfortable stay overall. Kyle was easy to talk to and very friendly. Bronny was incredibly cute, and I wish I had more time to play with him. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
