Holiday rentals with a patio in Falkensee

We found a nice, quiet accommodation in a green environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were able to enjoy a fantastically beautiful concert in the Waldbühne, and to capture a lot of nature and relaxation during hikes in the nearby and distant surroundings. Dear Marianne, it was nice that we were able to relax at your place. We felt very comfortable and would like to recommend your vacation home.

Very good stay in Sascha's apartment! It was a pleasure to enjoy all the services including the terraces, plus in a quiet location, close to the historic center. I recommend it!!

Communication with Katrin before/on arrival was always quick and hassle-free. We were personally received by her very nicely and kindly. She also gave us many nice excursion tips in the following days. The location is super quiet with old trees around it. The apartment is very large (the photos reflect the reality:-) It is in very good condition and tastefully equipped with decorative utensils and pictures, so we felt right at home. We didn't miss anything, the kitchen is very well equipped, the beds were made, towels in the bathroom were ready and even garden furniture and a barbecue were available. There is a lockable garden house for the bikes and a parking lot at the house. For us, the perfect domicile for 11 days cycling vacation in/around Berlin. We enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this apartment. Perfect, hence 5*****

We were 6 people (4 adults and 2 children) in Nancy's accommodation. The apartment is very large, modern and clean. The amenities are extensive and we lacked nothing. There were also toys and books for the children, as well as a play tower with a slide in the garden. The apartment is easy to reach and has good parking. Communication with Nancy was straightforward and fast. We can recommend the apartment without hesitation.😊

We were at Sybil's for the second time. We immediately felt at home. The apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished. We were particularly pleased to see large terrace from which we had a great view of the park-like garden. We could reach the Schlachtensee directly through the garden door. This lake is a real gem, both for swimming and for walking. The path around the lake is also perfect suitable for a jog. Sybil is the perfect hostess!!! For our day trips to Berlin city center and also to Potsdam, we have the S-Bahn lines within walking distance This made our tours very relaxed. We will definitely come back again.

I liked Gabriele's apartment very much, it was really cozy and comfortable. Since I was lucky to have nice weather, I spent the evenings on the beautiful roof terrace. There is air conditioning and fans - very useful in the summer under the roof. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Tea, coffee and even a few breakfast items were also provided. The area is quiet and pleasant, I often left the car, there are bus stops and shops nearby. I can definitely recommend the apartment, it is perfect for exploring Berlin, Potsdam and the Havelland.

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

Myself and 3 friends had the pleasure of staying at Clay Gardens for 4 nights. The house was amazing and had everything and more that you will need. House was immaculate with great facilities. Supermarket was close by with easy access to public transport also. Thomas was a wonderful host who welcomed us warmly. Thank you Thomas!

We immediately felt very comfortable in this special accommodation. The cottage is located in a very quiet street on the edge of a forest area and close to the lake. You first pass through a natural garden, where there are various resting places. The pallet chill-out corner right next to the entrance is particularly beautiful. Upon entering the cottage, you immediately land in the open living area, in the middle of which is the fireplace, for which a lot of wood is available. A steep little staircase leads to the upper sleeping area. Everything was very cozy and tastefully designed. We enjoyed our stay very much, which was also helped by the sauna. We highly recommend the accommodation, but also point out that it would be advantageous to have a mobile support, as it is already a bit off the beaten track.

Everything was tip-top, we felt right at home. Very well-maintained accommodation - always happy to come back :-)

We had a great weekend at Thomas's place. The house is comfortable and well-equipped, and the garden was a nice bonus with beautiful cherry trees. It is in a quiet town, near a lake. We found everything we needed in the nearby towns, and Thomas was a friendly and helpful host. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this place for a peaceful getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Martina's and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. Everything was well prepared and very clean. We would like to highlight the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen - nothing was missing and you can see that it was furnished with attention to detail. The location is quiet and ideal for switching off, perfect for families like us. Martina was very friendly, helpful and always available. The only small drawback: the second bed in the living room (sofa bed) was unfortunately quite hard – possibly a little uncomfortable for more sensitive backs. Blackout options on the windows would have been a nice touch, especially with a baby. But that's whining at a high level – overall really a great accommodation with a lot of heart and mind. Thank you, dear Martina – we felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back!

There were five of us in Julia's apartment to get to know Potsdam from here. There was everything we needed and as described. We were able to have breakfast on the terrace and discuss our experiences and plans in peace. A nicely located apartment, very clean and functional. Glad to come back.

100% referral! We spent 1 week vacation with 3 generations in this beautiful Swedish house. Checking in was completely problem-free. We were even allowed to move into our holiday home earlier than expected. Katharina greeted us personally and gave us some helpful tips for the house, nearby restaurants and excursion ideas. We immediately felt at home. The house is nicely quiet, in nice neighborhood, with a pretty big garden and comfortable seating. Inside it is nice and large, bright, very tastefully furnished with high-quality equipment. We lacked nothing. Everything has been thought of. Even spices, tea, coffee, dishwashing tablets, soap, toilet paper,... were provided. The existing board games and the Viking chess game for the garden made for happy hours. Beds were very comfortable. And the walk-in closet perfect! In a short time you can reach many excursion destinations. We will be back!

Super nice contact with the host. Uncomplicated check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I would be happy to stay again on my next visit to Berlin!

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. We got very lucky when we found Sigrid’s place on Airbnb. Compared to the ridiculous Airbnb prices in Berlin, Sigrid’s place was really well priced and totally worth the space and location. With a lovely view over the bay, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Only a 6min cab ride to Ostkreuz or a 10 min tram ride, it was very well connected if we wanted to go into the city centre. There is an Aldi at walking distance and honestly, everything you need for a short or long stay available at the apartment. Sigrid was very accommodating and allowed us to sleep one extra person on the couch. Check in was great, Clemens showed us around the apartment and explained everything. Highly recommended. Will definitely book again for our next visit to Berlin.

Great place to stay at when you want to visit Berlin. House is spotless and has plenty of kitchen supplies and coffee (Tassimo system and filter coffee machine) and tea. Nice modern interior and amenities. Fast WiFi and plenty of recommendations from the super friendly hosts about things to do and where to eat. Supermarkets in 3 mins walk, house is next to a play yard and plenty of food places nearby (excellent kabab place too). Private parking spot makes it easy to bring the car and visit the area nearby as well as Berlin. Area is very calm. Can recommend Annett’s home for any visit to the Berlin area!

This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!
