Hier wohnen Sie nur wenige Schritte entfernt von vielen Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Looking for a GUEST room - Not a REST room? Then you've come to the right place!  The apartment "Am Flohbach" is centrally located in the district of Floh at the foot of the Rennsteig, idyllically nestled in the valley between mountains and green meadows. In the basement of our two-family house you have a comfortable, very modern furnished and with 62 sqm, spacious non-smoking apartment, which can accommodate 4 people. You have acess to the courtyard, with garden furniture and barbecue.

Idyllic farm right on the Fulda

Our farm is located in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve in a quiet part of Sandberg on a 7,000 sqm property. The Fulda flows directly through our farm and invites children to splash and play. In 1998, the former farm was completely renovated, with a lot of love for detail. In the garden you will find sun loungers, hammocks, a barbecue corner as well as a frog pond and a children's play area with a swing and a stilt house, so there is enough space to relax and unwind.

Modern, central and quiet

In the Schmalkalden apartment, well-being is the top priority. The modern and tasteful furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Towels, sheets, shower gel and shampoo are available free of charge in the apartment. We are in a 5-star hotel, only with much more flexibility. Feel at home. Despite its central location and the walking distance to the picturesque city center with half-timbered buildings, the apartment is quietly located on a quiet one-way street.

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

Welcome to House Palita - "Eagleview! A modern and harmonious loft awaits you. Feel free to relax or get active on site! It is a great starting point for hiking on Domberg, for excursions in the surrounding area, or for finding peace and quiet on the yoga platform in the garden – here, comfort meets nature. A special highlight: our own bouldering wall! Both vacationers and business travelers will find the perfect retreat here.

Relaxation in the forest - with swimming pool

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in the Thuringian Forest. The apartment is new, comfortable and leaves nothing to be desired with a heated swimming pool, a cozy bedroom and a spacious living and dining area with kitchen. It can accommodate three people, a maximum of four. In the Forsthaus there are three other apartments, whose guests can also use the swimming pool. Tip: A discount applies from 7 nights.

Fantastic house with a view

This lovingly furnished vacation home was newly built in 2023 and impresses with its unique location and its unobstructed view on a plateau right on the edge of the forest. It is an ideal starting point for hiking/cycling tours in the Thuringian Forest and is ideally suited for couples, friends and families. The spacious property offers enough space. In the house, all 3 bedrooms are furnished in pine wood.

Time-out chalet on the Rennsteig

With a lot of attention to detail, we have created a wonderful place for you in the middle of the Thuringian Forest for your time out to find yourself again in absolute relaxation. The love for detail meets craftsmanship and selected natural materials that exude a touch of feel-good luxury. Explore the wonderful Thuringian Forest on foot or by bike or glide through the snowy landscape on skis in winter.
