Great location which is why I booked it ! Very clean and some nice touches with welcome drink and chocolate. Toiletries supplied as well as dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Very pleased with this accommodation.

The space was super clean and comfortable. It’s in a very convenient location, with a lot of pubs, restaurants, and shops just around the corner.

Great location apartment. Near the seafront. Stayed with another couple so comfortable space for 4 adults. Kitchen had all amenities and comfy sofas to sit and beds very comfy. Easy to find and accessible entry. Opposite a great breakfast cafe called Delaneys. Host was very attentive and offered great recommendations.

Our first visit to the island, hopefully won't be our last and if we do visit again we will definitely book Carolines victorian decorated first floor apartment. It was squeaky clean, within walking distance to Cowes town centre, the floating bridge to East Cowes, there's a Coop at the top of the road and an Aldi about a 5 minute drive away. The apartment had everything we needed. There are lots of different things to see and do on the island. I would highly recommend booking Carolines for your own holiday. She gave clear instructions and responded promptly when needed. Thanks for a perfect stay Caroline! 😊

What an amazing apartment. Great location right on the beach, with fantastic views of the sea from the windows. Choice of seating areas with tables, open balcony and enclosed window area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to the ‘Witterings’ Chichester Marina etc. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Sam was a great person to liaise with before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam.

Great apartment in a brilliant location right by the beach. Comfortable beds and lounge area. Plenty of space and a nice balcony overlooking the beach. Perfect for a glass of rose as the sun sets.

This was our second stay. Everything was as nice as we remembered from our first visit. The flat is spacious and well-appointed, the location is private and quiet, and the hosts are friendly and responsive. What more could you ask for in an AirBnB?

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was quiet and convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout. Just a couple of small suggestions: adding a curtain or blind to the front door would help with privacy, and the internet connection was a bit slow for streaming YouTube on the TV. Other than that, everything was great—we really enjoyed our time and would happily stay again. Thank you!

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. We had a lovely stay at Ann’s property. We really enjoyed the estuary views and loved using the binoculars. We used an app on the phone to see where each ship was travelling to/from. The property is very well equipped. Be aware that the TV isn’t a Smart TV and the DVD player doesn’t work - I’m sure Ann will look into this. Ann was very kind to let us check in early.

Definitely a memorable stay - beautiful home, very spacious for a family of 4. Extra bathrooms and toilets brilliant! Very well equipped and lots to see! We loved it!

Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable with everything you could need for a relaxing stay and the views are spectacular - we spent hours just watching the sea, we were mesmerised! The complimentary tea/coffee, breakfast goodies were an extra treat. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to visit again. Very sweet little cottage, beautifully decorated with everything you would need inside of it. Great location, with a nice pub down the road. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for all. The only downside is that it is situated on a busy road so at night you can sometimes hear the cars, but we didn’t mind.

I’ve stayed at this property before many years ago when it was first listed so this was a return trip because of how good it was the first time. It’s great to see its still in exactly the same condition it was all those years ago. Is quite simply one of the most beautiful apartments there is. The location is incredible and it has been decorated with such care and thought. The photos don’t really do it justice even though they are great too. It’s a place you will visit and think “ I would love to live here” Modern with a hint of style overlooking the sea, you can’t really ask for anything more. A lovely touch of being able to check out later was the icing on absolutely wonderful trip. This one isn’t to be missed!

We are just back for a two-night stay. This is a little gem of an air b&b! We all enjoyed the property, it was like a home from home. Lively clean and fresh, it had everything we needed plus more. We would stay again for sure. Thank you Lucy
