Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Casa Doris is a country estate dating back to the 1750s, encircled by its private gardens and immersed in the Tuscan countryside. It is near Livorno and the Tuscan Archipelago, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, and other cities of art. Casa Doris is elegant, spacious, and comfortable. It is quiet and surrounded by olive orchards and cypresses. The gardens and swimming pool are exclusively for our guests. Casa Doris is suitable for couples, families with children, and small groups. An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

It has a separate entrance, is part of a Tuscan-style farmhouse with brick ceilings and wooden beams. Ideal for a couple, the house is arranged on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room and a kitchen complete with accessories with a dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor, there is a large double bedroom (possibility of adding a bed for children) and a very spacious bathroom. Anyone is and always will be welcome. The cleaning and sanitizing of the apartments are carried out scrupulously by us in order to ensure maximum safety.
