My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

Small, but historic and evocative, very well preserved place with the possibility of visiting interesting places all reachable in 40 min. max. 1 hour, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca. Accommodation exactly as described, cozy and with all comforts. The owner is friendly and hospitable, quick to respond to requests and very accurate in giving the information. I recommend it to those who want to discover Tuscany by car every day in a different place and then retreat in the evening in a relaxing environment, typical , but furnished according to contemporary taste, overlooking the Renaissance village.

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. We had a great stay with our friends and made some great memories. would recommend the accommodation, as well as the hosts, and would definitely stay again. Kind Regards, Boyd and Naomi

This house is the perfect place for two families traveling together. It’s incredibly cozy, thoughtfully designed, and fully equipped with amenities that let you truly enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan countryside. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The hosts went above and beyond — welcoming us with fresh fruit, traditional sweets, bottled water, coffee, milk, and a selection of Tuscan wines, which we truly appreciated. They also provided high-quality Italian hygiene products, which added a thoughtful and luxurious touch to our stay. One of the highlights for us was the host’s responsiveness. Communication was always fast, helpful, and friendly — a detail that made a big difference. We didn’t get a chance to use the private pool due to our tight schedule, but the property still gave us a real sense of independence, comfort, and safety. I 100% recommend this property. Beautiful property with warm, welcoming hosts. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and everything is tastefully decorated The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking meals at home. The pool was a great temperature, immaculately clean, and came with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The entire setting is peaceful and relaxing, yet only a 35-minute drive to Siena and 50 minutes to Florence. We especially loved watching the sunset at the nearby five-star Belmond hotel. We went for drinks at 7pm, enjoyed live music, and were surrounded by the heavenly scent of jasmine. There is no air conditioning but the fans were absolutely fine! Another highlight was La Speranza, a gorgeous deli serving excellent coffee, pastries, cheese, and wine. They kindly spoke English when we got stuck and made us feel so welcome.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

We loved staying in Carolina’s house in Montecatini Alto. It was a lovely welcoming place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day. The view from the windows and the patio is extraordinary and sitting out enjoying it was one of the best parts of the holiday. The house had all we needed. Carolina was a wonderful host; friendly, quick to reply and extremely helpful. The village is a lovely quiet place to stay and we wouldn’t look anywhere else if we return to the area.

A truly wonderful place to stay. The only sounds you’ll hear is the singing of the birds. Extremely clean and stocked with everything you will need. The property is beautiful and the pool is a fantastic way to end your day of exploring. We highly recommend. We know you won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of spending 8 days at this beautiful Airbnb. Truly, this is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! With big intentions to explore the Tuscan area we essentially did nothing and stayed put. Why? It's just that beautiful. The view is spectacular, and the accommodations are very comfortable. The hosts have provided everything you need for a deep relaxing holiday. Of course if you choose to explore, there is much to see and do in the local area. We'll save all of our exploring for next time! Thank you Sylvia and Julio for a magic vacation.

It was wonderful to live in the middle of Tellaro and to have breakfast on the roof terrace with the fantastic view! The cottage is very skillfully renovated and lovingly furnished with selected pieces. Everything we needed was there and we were very nicely received by Lola. There are some stairs in the house that you have to climb to finally end up on the roof terrace, you should be aware of that. We had a great, relaxed time hiking (directly from the house), visiting Cinque Terre, swimming again and again and of course trying the restaurants on site. It was all perfect thank you so much!

The view from the terrace of the hills of Tuscany, the sea and the islands is priceless! It is a special experience when Rocco's flock of pigeons draws its circles tightly around the cottage. At night you can see fireflies in the meadow behind the house - magical! We also enjoyed the opportunity to attend a dinner at the Toscani Ranch. It was a very warm, family atmosphere! The location is perfect to explore Tuscany. Casale Marittimo is just a stone's throw away and rightly recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. We also made excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence and down to the thermal baths of Saturnia and the Giardino dei Tarocchi. The sea is only 15 minutes away by car. The pine forest on the beach of Cecina is worth seeing, as is the Torre de Bibbone. You have to bring basic equipment for the kitchen, we recommend buying the delicious olive oil from Rocco! Thanks for the time!

Simone is a very special host. The personal welcome was very welcoming. In addition to fruit, drinks and pastries, there was also a delicious Chianti to welcome us and the neighbor bought fresh eggs for us directly. In addition, Simone gave many helpful tips for places, restaurants, beaches, parking lots, etc. in the area. He was always easy to reach for questions. We also liked the beautifully furnished and clean apartment very much, not least the comfortable bed. There is also a lot to see in the area, e.g. we visited Pisa and the beautiful beach in Rosignano. Arrival by car is recommended, you can easily park on the property. We highly recommend staying at Simone's place and would come back anytime. Five stars!!!

A Tuscan dream. Some days I had to pinch myself to realize that I wasn't in a movie. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time in the region and also in the house. It was clean and tidy. The kitchen was unique and we also enjoyed grilling outside. We simply enjoyed it and felt at home. Finally, relaxation and tranquility, which you rarely experience. Thank you for your trust in this wonderful piece of Tuscany. A must-see for all those seeking peace and quiet or people who really want to experience what Tuscan flair means. We will be happy to come back!

We had a beautiful stay in Alessandro’s home for one week in May 2025. The location was perfect to visit Pisa, Lucca and Florence as day trips. We were in the outskirts of old San Miniato - walking distance to restaurants and cafes, a short drive to the supermarket yet remote enough to be peaceful. We enjoyed the well appointed apartment which had everything we needed for our stay. We loved having dinner in our private garden amongst the olive trees and relaxing by the pool. We travelled with our bicycles and the areas surrounding San Miniato is just about the most beautiful riding I’ve ever found in Europe. Alessandro is clearly a very kind and welcoming gentleman, who enjoys hosting his guests, and we were grateful for his tips on what to visit and where to eat. We are sure we will be back again.

Location was ideal for us - quite off the beaten track - in a non tourist village. The accommodation was clean, tidy and everything we needed. The pool and outside furniture was ideal, eating outside was great, BBQ a must. Palaia was only a 10 min drive or a 45 min walk due to off beaten track. local supermarkets were all within 20 mins and great choice. You need a car - if you want peace and quite away from people this is the place.

We loved our stay here! The house and the views were truly as picturesque as it seems in the photos. A dream spot! The town itself is full of local flair and is beautiful too. Not touristy at all. Close enough to nearby towns though to explore more of Tuscany! Overall a great stay and Laura was a kind and responsive host.

We spent a week in Daniele and Chiara's villa and loved the location - within easy reach of many beautiful places to visit - and the quiet and peaceful setting. The villa is just the right size for for a couple and the terrace, with its comfortable outdoor furniture, and the excellent pool were a real treat after a long day of sightseeing. Brilliant!

One of the best Airbnbs we stayed in with absolutely the best host we have ever met! Antonio was amazing. Before our arrival, he provided clear instructions and suggested to help for a smooth check in. He always made sure that we have what we need for a perfect stay, and even spoiled us with a few complementary wine and chocolate. Now, the place is amazing. From the balcony you get the best views in the region, surrounded by trees and immersed by the sound of birds around you. Truly pleasant, relaxing and restoring vacation. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need, very well maintained, and super clean. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to get back again!

Couldn't be better. Exceeded our expectations

A cozy paradise nestled among an idyllic olive orchard, ran by the host family who gave us a sample bottle of their olive oil to enjoy during our stay (delicious!). Azzurra was very proactive, flexible and helpful during check in, and even gave us fabulous recommendations for local restaurants, nearby beaches and more. Beyond that, the apartment itself was full of little niceties and thoughtful details that showed Azzurra truly knows how to properly host guests who may be weary from travels. Lastly, we made friends with a charming and well-behaved old dog who politely greeted us during our morning coffee on the patio. 10/10, would love to return!
