The granny apartment is part of a detached house, surrounded by greenery, quiet, with views of the nature reserve. The bright studio apartment has its own entrance, a large living/sleeping room and a separate small bathroom/toilet - but no kitchen. Two induction plates, a coffee maker, a kettle and a fridge offer the possibility to prepare a small meal. Close to the border of FL and CH, the historic city of Feldkirch is a few minutes away.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

The bright, friendly apartment has a total of 80 square meters and a beautiful garden with seating. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen, there is a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (for capsules), oven, four hotplates and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The apartment offers plenty of space to relax with family and friends.

Die wunderbare Aussicht auf die österreichischen Berge und auch über die Grenze in die Schweiz, können sie von hier aus geniessen. Geeigenet für allein Reisende /evtl. Vertreter oder zu weit. Unser Aparthouse Leonhard wurde im Mai 2023 neu eröffnet. Die 9 Wohneinheiten wurden in ökologischer Bauweise errichtet. Dich erwartet bei uns ein schallisoliertes 1-Zimmer-Apartment welches durch seine moderne und zugleich praktische Einrichtung überzeugt. Es erfolgt während dem Aufenthalt etwa alle zwei Wochen eine Reinigung inklusive Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel.
