Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Wooden walls and plank floors create a pleasantly homely atmosphere. The optimally equipped accommodation is also suitable for long-term stays and family vacations. The garden with terraces and fruit trees is inviting. The property is centrally located in the center of Ebnat-Kappel in a historically significant street.

Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. The village centre (public transport, bakery and pizzeria) can be reached on foot in two minutes and is the starting pint for many activities in the region.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The apartment is located in a 2-family house on the upper floor. There is a private entrance, parking and a carport. In a garden lounge you can really relax on warm days. It is a central starting point in the middle of the Rhine Valley for hikes and many beautiful excursions. The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet area, with parking (+ garage for bicycles), small terrace and separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a pull-out sofa (140 × 200), a single bed on a raised platform (not suitable for small children), private bathroom and small kitchen (see pictures). The house is located 5-7 minutes' walk from the train station, BZBS, OST and the city center.

The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

The bright, friendly apartment has a total of 80 square meters and a beautiful garden with seating. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen, there is a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (for capsules), oven, four hotplates and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The apartment offers plenty of space to relax with family and friends.
