The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful and you will find the time for all the things that are important to you. When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

Attraktives Haus bei Bregenz mit Pool und Aussicht

* Schifahren / Biken / Wandern / Baden * Das Haus mit Garten und Pool (saisonal) bietet einen sensationellem Blick über das Rheintal bis zu den Schweizer Bergen. Es hat Platz für 6-7 Personen. Direkt beim Haus starten Wander- und Biketouren. Bregenz ist circa 1 km entfernt der Bodensee 10 Minuten. Das Bödele (Skigebiet/Wandern) ist circa 25 min entfernt. Innerhalb von 40-60 Minuten sind die schönsten Schigebiete (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) zu erreichen.

Die Panoramavilla Bludenz hat große Glasfronten gegen SW. Tiefe Balkone und Terrassen ermöglichen auch die Mahlzeiten im Freien einzunehmen, oder aber den Tag in der Natur ausklingen zu lassen. Die großzügigen, weiten Wohnräume schaffen behaglichen Raum. Die Panoramavilla hat insgesamt 5 Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, eines im EG und eines im OG sowie ein Gäste-WC. Zwei voll ausgestattete Küchen, eine im EG und eine im OG machen den Köchen Freude .. 5 Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.
