Lovingly furnished 38 sqm apartment located directly on Lake Tegernsee in St. Quirin. The newly furnished apartment is the ideal starting point for exploring Lake Tegernsee. A swimming beach is located across the street. On foot you can reach our local mountain, the Neureuth and the Tegernsee high trail. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and an adjoining bedroom. A large south-east balcony with views of the lake and mountains invites you to linger.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Private "finch's nest" with mountain views

Our cozy, individually furnished accommodation is a separate residential unit on the upper floor with a private bathroom - shower/toilet, a single kitchen and a small silent refrigerator (36 liters), which is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen is the third sleeping option in a niche. A covered seating area is available to you on the east side. The small, non-haired Biewer Yorkshire Pino, from the neighboring house likes to visit us every day.

Small space but with everything you need: three beds are located on two small galleries that can be reached with ladders. Downstairs there is a sofa bed and the living/dining area. Through a large window, you have a wonderful view of our orchard. We are private hosts and don't do hosting commercially. As it is part of our everyday family life, it can happen that not everything runs smoothly. Feel free to contact us and we will find a solution :-).

Alice's ♡ vacation home in the countryside

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Quiet, bright, newly renovated two-room granny apartment in a single-family house on the outskirts of Markt Schwaben directly in the countryside. The light-flooded ground floor apartment is about 32 square meters and has its own terrace overlooking the garden. There is also free parking on the premises. From the apartment, the A94 highway, the airport bypass as well as the S-Bahn and train can be reached quickly.

The apartment is in a generally quiet location (depending on the time of day, it is possible to hear the noise from the street), 3rd floor without lift, with a large balcony on the edge of an industrial area. Perfect for excursions: - Munich is 30 minutes away - 15 minutes to Lake Starnberg - Shopping facilities (bakery and supermarket) are only 700m away.

The house is located just a few meters' walk from the lake and the center of Schliersee. In the surrounding area there are many opportunities to do mountain sports and then relax in the large, sunny apartment. A large balcony offers the possibility to enjoy the sun from the house. In addition, a parking space is offered directly at the property.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
