Beautiful sea views and direct beach access for this apartment with 2 balconies in a residence classified as a historic monument. The apartment, partially renovated at the end of 2022 and then at the end of 2023, is located on the 1st floor with elevator access. The residence offers an unheated swimming pool (mid-May to mid-September) and a laundry room (for a fee). The accommodation is located close to the port, shops, restaurants and the train station, direct TGV Montparnasse, 25 minutes' walk, bus shuttle

Batz/Sea: Small house with garden, beach on foot

Ty Bihan (~40m2) accueille de 2 à 6 personnes. Plage à 700m, gare à 3 min, loc vélos et supérette à 50m. Chambre avec lit double et lits jumeaux, salon avec canapé-lit. Un équipement bébé est disponible ( pas la peine de surcharger la voiture!) La cuisine : induction, four, micro-onde,frigo, congélateur, et lave -vaisselle ( les parents sont en vacances!). Les enfants trouveront des jeux pour les moments calmes et des jeux de plage pour jouer les pieds dans l’eau. Les beaux jours arrivent !

Aménagement d'un gite pour 4 personnes , sous combles dans notre longère de "la ferme du château", corps de ferme en pierre situé sur 1 hec . Deux chambres avec chacune un lit de 140 et Poss pour 2 autres pers (BZ dans la pièce de vie : plafond en chapelle). ( 10 euros suppl. /nuit au delà de 5 pers).Kit BB gratuit .Nuitée à 70 euros, minimum 2 nuits +0.80 euros/taxe de séjour/ adulte. Comfortable, welcoming and furnished, it is attached to the owner's house. Country cottage, fully equipped and renovated in a 17th century farmhouse, located in a small hamlet surrounded by fields and forests. Between La Gacilly and the megalithic site of St-Just, 10 km from Redon and all its amenities. We have ponies: children who want to help feed and care for them are more than welcome! A small private garden equipped with a garden table, barbecue and swing to enjoy the outdoors in peace.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.
