Deux logements disponibles, l'un pour 4 personnes et l'autre pour 3 personnes. Pour votre tranquillité et votre confort, si vous louez l'un des deux, l'autre ne sera pas occupé. Mon logement est au calme en pleine nature auprès de chevaux, jolie vue sur le soleil couchant. SAUNA : Espace privatisé sur réservation 25 euros pour 2 personnes. à 5 min. de la Roche Bernard, petit port touristique. Plages à 20 min. proche de la Brière, le golf du Morbihan, la côte de jade. Rénové de façon originale.

In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

"La maison de Marcelin" est située à mi chemin entre les plages de Pénestin et la charmante cité de la Roche-Bernard. Cette jolie maison en pierre peut accueillir jusqu'à 5-7 personnes. Elle dispose de 2 chambres, une salle d'eau et une chaleureuse pièce de vie avec cuisine aménagée et équipée. Devant la maison un petit jardin ouvert avec une petite terrasse. A l'arrière, un jardin plus grand entièrement clôturé (1,3m) avec une grande terrasse.
