The Fontainebleau Forest, the Seine in 7 min. Shops, the market in 4 min. For climbers, Rocher Canon is 2.6 km away on foot. The leisure center (beach, golf, horse riding, tennis) is 2 km away. Barbizon is 10 km away and Disneyland is 58 km away. Our house has all the comforts and a large garden. We will be happy to welcome you!

Our stylishly renovated late 19th-C home sits in a charming village, 10 km from Fontainebleau. With three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one bath, one shower), it sleeps six. The open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area open onto a patio and garden. Parking for two cars is available. An office with printer is available with Wi-Fi plus ultrafast 2.3 Gb/s USB-C connection. Important: we have an elderly cat who must be treated with care. He may not be compatible with very young children.

A hiking trail is accessible next to the entrance to the property. Pets are also welcome. Our baker who is 200 m away "will delight your taste buds".

Kitchen, living room and dining room on the ground floor (home theater area) Upstairs there is a library/games room with a 140 cm sofa bed. In a row, there is a hallway that leads to a bedroom with a double bed (140) and 1 single bed (90), a bathroom and a third bedroom with a 160-cm bed and a crib. The house has everything needed for babies and young children (stair gates, games, books, etc.) and a 200 m² garden with games for children.
