Einfach auspannen und erholen, von hier aus Ihre Aktivitäten starten – oder beides kombinieren und einen abwechslungsreichen Tag am eigenen Strand am Badesee (ca. 220 m ) ausklingen lassen. Unsere drei Wohnungen eignen sich ausgezeichnet als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Karawanken oder Radtouren am Drauradweg. Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie z.B. Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

Practical apartment close to the university

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette / anteroom, a bathroom with shower / toilet and balcony. The room has a comfortable king-size bed (1,8 m wide), a wardrobe, a dining table and a table for working. The apartment is located in a green and quiet district of Klagenfurt close to lake "Wörthersee" and the University. The infrastructure in the neighborhood is very good and within walking distance. The city center can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

Lovingly furnished 3 room apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden and a refreshing natural swimming pond in the middle of the Rose Valley awaits nature-loving guests who are looking for a special ambience. The apartment with around 75m2 is divided into two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a large bathroom and a study. Outside, the garden and the natural swimming pond can be used in summer and winter. There is a special surprise for children: our 5 dwarf goats.

Welcome to our Funky soul studio, design with love for interior and photography. That`s right, out of the touristic season, our funky space converts to a photo studio for Tjaša, the host and lifestyle photographer. In the touristic season, you will be able to enjoy this amazing bright space, perfect for funky couples or friends. We renovated it ourselves and most of the wooden things are handmade. Oh yeah, we also have Netflix for cozy evenings for you! :)

Die Unterkunft befindet sich südlich von Klagenfurt im wunderschönen Rosental direkt am Drauradweg und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten. Neben den bekannten Ausflugszielen in der Region wie der Tscheppaschlucht, dem Bodental oder mehreren Badeteichen befindet sich auch der Wörthersee und die Klagenfurter 28 Black Arena (Wörthersee Stadion) in gut erreichbarer Nähe.

Welcome to the coziness in the middle of breathtaking natural scenery, with serene mountain landscapes. It is located in the middle of the forest, surrounded by mountain tops attracting Slovenian and international hiking lovers. This simple wooden cabin disposes of two floors, in each, there is a fireplace. The village is well connected, you can drive to the lake Bled in 30 min (cca) or to the Austrian Alps that also have amazing lakes in 40min.

If you love nature this unique beautiful landscape is just the right place for you. Tourist tax is extra payable 2€ for one person per a day.
